Worst mangement EVER!! After an hour + of waiting for an order that was $40 and was told would take 25-35mins, I check the online tracker to see my order has already BEEN DELIVERED!! I call up to the store to see what how much longer it would be and that I infact did not recieve my order yet, being as polite as I could, to only get the rudest response ever. Heather was my delivery driver and was also the person I talked on the phone with, she told me that she could not find my address and that my address did not exist that she "tried" calling once (leaving no voicemail) and then turned around. I let Heather know that, that address did infact exist because I LIVE THERE!! She then asks me if I can give her directions and she would bring it back, I asked her if she was atleast going to redue my order since my food would be cold by that time and that she managed to not find my house (hat infact will pop right up on gps if you type it in correct) and went ahead and marked my order as delivered. She tells me "no" that all she can do is warm it up Sorry but I didn't pay $40 for warmed up pizza and at this point I have a hungry housefull. I then ask to speak to a manager and what do you know, Heather is a manager She tells me all she can do is come back or cancel my order I ask her if theres anything she can do for me since it was pretty much her fault for not calling more than once If she did call because I sure never had a missed call from anyone. She again says "no". I then call back and Heatherr answeres again, I then ask to speak to Ronald, whos the store manager according to what its says on the online tracker. She gets very rude and tells me shes the manager I can speak to her, I told her "I would like to speak to Ronald" which her reaponse was "Im above Ronald, Im his boss" I again ask "can I speak to Ronald?" and she annoyingly tells me it will be 10mins and I let her know that was no problem Id wait. After, not even a minute, a guy name Ronald got on the phone and I ask if hes the manager and informed me he was which led to my next question of asking if Heather was a manger aswell, and he said "uuuhhh ya I think", which if Heather was infact higher up then him and "his boss" then then why is he so unsure if she was even a manager?!?!?!? I then explained to Ronald my situation and that Heather was very rude and he had nothing to say but to back up her up and say "his boss is super picky about things and wont let them redue pizzas" I ask who his boss is and he tells me Jamie, but yet again, I thought Hearher was the boss?? I ask how to get ahold of Jaimie and he said, "You cant". Either way, if she was his boss or not, whether there was a Jamie or not, this was hands down the worst customer service and management I have ever dealt with and now I have a house full of hungry kids! I will never give my business to this compamy nor will I ever recommened anyone giving their money...
Read morePlaced an order from Domino's Pizza for $150 of pizza for theatre students after their show tonight. Ordered it to arrive at 5:15, but when I submitted my payment the app indicated it would be ready and delivered at 4:00. I called the store to pause rhe order and waited on hold for over 30 min and waited on hold until I after the delivery driver came.
I explained the issue to the driver (an older woman withth a cigarette) and showed her my phone with the hold music playing and she looked at me blank and didn’t know what to do . She said she could take it back and put it under the heaters, but then said I’d have to come pick them up at 5:00.
Not acceptable! I suggested she call her manager so she did. Manager said to take them back to the store and bring them back at 5:15 and the driver said “well he’s gonna have to give me a bigger tip to come back up here”.
I said “let me talk to your manager!” So she handed me the phone and the manager said. “I see right here you didn’t select the deliver later option on the app”. I said that I absolutely did! I said while I was waiting I read about there satisfaction guarantee and the “pizza insurance” which says they’ll make it right.
The fine print says I have to return the pizza within two hours, but I didn’t even want to accept them. Finally I told the manager thanks and said I’ll just take these pizzas, serve them cold in an hour and the. I’ll have to find a new place to order my pizzas from now on and gave the phone back to the driver.
I asked the driver what a tip should be for this amount of pizza and told her I had $15 cash to give her. She said $20 would be better. She stacked half the pizzas in my arms outside of the building and as she started to put the other half on the stack asked if I was going to be able to get them all. And I said “Sure I can”. But then she carried the half stack inside with me and we left them on a counter and I told her to wait and I’d be back with another $5 for her tip.
What a pain in the ass! These kids have worked so hard and I know pizza is not the best thing to do for them, but I raided the box office cash to pay for the pizza because of the budget crunch around here. Just a ridiculous situation.
Supposedly on the app once the driver is on the road you can select report a problem, but that button is a dead end like the phone number. 🤷🏼
Also discovered an hour later the expensive vegetarian pizza was not delivered. So 3 vegetarian students didn’t get any food. Another 20 minutes on the phone to wait for the store to pick up and I gave up. Sent DM to corporate FB page and posted this same message...
Read moreI have tried and tried with this location because I understand human error and nothing or no one being perfect. This latest situation on how this lady handled the call, after letting them know the pizzas I ordered was extremely dry and hardly any sauce on it was the icing on the cake. She lies and said I took an hour to get the pizza, which was not true, I tracked the order I was ordering for the office. I put the order in at 11:55 because I knew I couldn't leave right away, I saw the order was ready at 12:30pm. I work under 10 mins from the courthouse. With it being lunch time, I knew there would be orders placed before me however, 12:30 is when I saw the message about the pizzas being ready. They arrived to pick up the pizzas. When they returned. The pizza was dry, completely dry. I called and the manager as she stated, was rude and said I had the pizza sitting and it took me a long time. I informed her, that I went by the tracker and it wasn't an hour later, we just put the pizza order in. She then admitted that it wasn't but went on to say, she didn't make it and its not her fault. I'm not arguing with no one about a pizza when people are starving in the world, its bigger fish to fry, I am just had to call to let you know what the issue was so if there is something someone is doing wrong, they could fix it. I said dry and cold, are two different things. I food item can be hot and still dry. It was extremally dry to the point, I am taking time out of my work day to tell you about it. I informed her, I didn't want any money from her, I am letting her know so this could be a teaching lesson for whomever made the pizza. She was very defensive about who made it. I informed her to please learn to take constructive criticism and not be so defensive. I wasn't even asking for money or another pizza, I just wanted to report what...
