This is a beautiful lake and also the largest inland lake in Ohio, coming in at around 49.5 square miles. The scenery is breathtaking no matter where you are on or around the lake and there are numerous activities, restaurants, camping, trails, events and so much more, including things like nature trails, photographer activities, boating, and an absolute favorite....the Miami Erie Canal. There is so much history in the entire region you spend weeks sightseeing and never see it all. In addition, there are really interesting places all around the perimeter of the lake, including, but not limited to, boat up restaurants and clubs as well as a home brew boat up bar. Traveling only minutes from the lake is plenty of shopping, farmer markets, events, gaming places, restaurants, bars, counseling and SO much more! If you can, make the time to come out and visit Grand Lake...
