Ordered online for drive through pickup. I told the drive through worker my full name and when i pulled around, he wanted to make sure the last name was correct (first name should have been enough, being so unique) but i respect that he wanted to verify.
I ordered two cheese cups under the beef’n’cheddar selection. (App wont allow you to add extra sauce on anything) I checked the bag and told him they were missing and he said they were at the bottom of the bag. So i handed it over for him to check. (Don’t know why he wouldn't believe me like I was lying. Rude). After seeing them not in the bag, he pulled up the monitor to check the order (after he supposedly knew they were in the bag.) again not believing me.
Finally got my cups after all his rebuttals and verification checks. I felt that was very disrespectful. Also since you cant add extra sauce, they gave me the driest fish sandwich.
Figure this. I placed an order a couple nights ago where they forgot my cups, but i didn't check the bag before leaving. I let it go, but noted for next time; make sure to check the bag. Super unfriendly service and stingy over some cheese cups. Cant get it...
Read morewe asked for fries cooked soft with no salt. when my husband brought them home they were as hard as a rock, so hard I could not eat them. When I called to speak with the manager I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully by the manager. We also had ordered a French dip sandwich. The sandwich was very good. Here's the thing though. If you disrespect me on the phone like the manager just did. I don't think I want to go back and spend my money at your establishment. If that's what Arbys has for managers these days, I'd rather go to Captain Ds and get shrimp or fish. Goodbye Arbys.
8/20/2022 UPDATE: JUST AS BAD AS EVER! Went back with a coupon sent to me from Customer Service. Got the same exact sandwich and fries. Asked for soft with no salt. So hard and crispy I could not eat them. Sandwich was okay. Guess I'm just a glutton for punishment. I did call Customer Service and file another complaint. Like the last time, they said they send it to upper management who would call me later. They never called me the last time this happened so I'm not expecting to get a call. I called the Arby's on Elida Road and explained that I got the wrong order he told me to bring it back the next time and we will make you the Reuben sandwich. So I went there on Monday and they wanted the sales receipt and I said that is not my meal that's what I got and I didn't order it so I waited and they gave me the Philly cheesesteak with the juice and that's not what I ordered I'm glad I looked in the bag before I drove so I called the store back again and tell them that I got the same thing that was on the receipt that is not what I wanted I wanted the Reuben sandwich so I came around to the window again.
