Chopsticks Express — Restaurant in Ohio

I have never written a food review before for any restaurant, and do not complain about much. While food was decent (aside from the multiple large bone fragments found in our chicken) my 15 yo son ordered Lo Mein noodles only to find out they put peanut butter in them. He can tolerate peanut oil but not peanut butter; since we have never had an issue with this at any other chinese restaurant we did not think to ask. After taking two bites, and realizing it had a peanut taste, he stopped eating it. He is now home with a swollen tongue, itchy throat, severe hives and violent vomiting. When I approached the worker, and asked if they had peanut butter in anything she told me the lo mein did. I told her nicely that with all of the peanut allergies nowadays they really should disclose what contains peanut products. She simply stated "it was only a teeny bit". To which I replied "only a teeny bit can cause someone's throat to swell shut and kill them". She certainly didn't act like she cared. More than anything, her attitude is what bothered me the most. This place deserves no stars don't you guys waste your money at this place I just ordered about an hour ago how special fried rice and I asked them to put extra onions and extra green onions in there for me and I paid extra for it. So I c call them to let them know that my order was not done correctly and they charged me extra. The person that answered the phone was it the manager so she went and got the manager and the manager told me to let her call me back she had to talk against to the Cook or whoever. she calls back and tell me, she sorry but the person told her that they put green onion in here in the house special fried rice and that the crab ragoons they were salty. I thought crab ragoons are sweet..., well at least that's what I'm used to but of course this is my first time trying this place and my last. I have been ordering from this restaurant for years and lately I have been really displeased with the service and quality of their food. I last purchased food from them on 09/01/2021. I ordered vegetable lo mein and chicken with broccoli to go. The man, who came from the back, handed me my food and was rather rude. So, I take the food home. The lo mein was very "wet", almost soup-like. As far as the "vegetable" part, they only gave me a few thinly sliced broccoli, about five pieces of thinly sliced onions, maybe one mushroom that was thinly sliced, and a sprinkling of julienne carrots. This dish was not tasty at all. The chicken and broccoli was for my son and he thought the quality of his food was bad, too. This place has gone downhill, in my opinion. I don't think I will be doing any patronage at this restaurant...
