I was referred to the salon by coworkers who saidâ they are pricey but they usually have good stylistsâ so I went to the salon for haircut and color. Started off ok but as stylist was putting foils in another one of her customers arrived. She finished my foils and started on the other customer.From that point on she ran between the 2 of us .(rinsed my hair but made me wait at sink while she attended to other customer. Made me wait in chair while she rinses other customer etc) When she finally got back to me she just started cutting my hair. I stopped her and said â do you want me to show you a pic of the cut I want?â She said sure and barely glanced at it. She spent 3 min cutting my hair and immediately threw me under the hair dryer and ran to her other customer. Didnât even show me it in the mirror , ask if it was ok .. nothing.I was feeling my hair and it didnât feel right.I pulled off the hairdryer and started looking in the mirror it was not remotely like the cut I wanted. Another stylist saw me and got my stylists attention. She came back to me and I told her I wanted layers not whatever this was she did to my hair. She sat me back down and then cut my hair correctly. Then she blew dry it a little , flung off the cape, and walked away. I found my way to front with still damp hair and paid. As I got to car I realized how yellow my highlights are. She never put toner on like she said she would. When she took a few seconds of her time to listen to me, she did a good job. I went to the store picked up some jeans to purchase for my daughters and walked to the counter to pay. After being harassed about signing up for a credit card, and donating to the " boys and girls club" and denying both. Never would I donate to a store who has filed for bancruptcy and is struggling financially. Anyway after inserting my card and waiting on my receipt I looked my bank transactions and the money came out and balance adjusted as so, I could not leave with the items I paid for. The merchant said it was because it didn't show on their end I need to reinsert my card a second time. After explaining numerous time the transaction posted and I showed it to her, still to no avail, I was not offered a solution, they all stood there managers and all. One in particular was snobby and laughed and walked away. I am appalled and confused my mind is spinning on how this is ok??? I ended up having to have a sheriff come out just so I can have a trail for myself regarding this incident as I will return after few days to see if the money will bounce back like the merchant suggested.    Read moreWent with my mom yesterday to pick up an online order (of which the lady who helped me was super nice and helpful) but when we went downstairs to look around. Ended up finding some purses for 50% off, but the rack they were hung on, said 60-80% off, so i took the purse up to the desk and asked about it. The two older ladies said they were suppose to be there and when asked why they were marked different than the rack said they should be, they got very condescending in their tone and baby-talk explained how pricing worked. I work in retail and if something is marked a different price (higher) than the rack theyre on, we honor what the rack says for that customer and fix it before another comes up. Well i ended up buying the purses, but when my mom asked if it was possible to add my online order to her account for points, the one lady started interrupting her and saying "the items are from a 3rd party, so we cant do that". Since when did JCP sell from a 3rd party warehouse? Wouldve been nice to know before buying, as i have no clue what kind of company i just supported.
