Arby's — Restaurant in Lincoln

Employees too busy talking took 5 mi. To take.my order and another 10 min to get my food no one in the restaurant but 1 other customer couple cars thre drive threw. Went up to counter several times too busy talking 10 min later got food. Did t get receipt so can't pro e if paid for or not ordered a 1/2 lb roast beef got a regular. The manager ordered the girl back to the counter 3 people questioning what I ordered. The original said oh sorry. The second asked her same thing then just smiled at me. Someone says ohbwe half the half pound sitting right here. THE APARENT manager blurts out was the order right tenu start checking the screen rudely back and forth like I'm trying to steal from them I know what I ordered and no receipt to prove it. Finally got the replacement sandwich and there were still grouping about it. The first 2 girls came out to lobby. The first was acti g like she was kidding from the back. We were at the drive thru window and asked to pull forward. We sat there for 15 minutes. I walked in to ask about it, I was asked where we parked? And then one e.ployee even made a comment about why would you park there. I was upset and told them most people who go to the drive thru dont know where to park to wait. I would have left a 1 star review because of the wait and employee comment. However the shift lead/manager said they would make the 2 meals over. He got us fresh meals and a coupon. The food was great and fresh. It was a misunderstanding between the employees and me on where to park. They did not make much of an attempt as we did park right next to the drive thru. After leaving a review for the other amigos I've gone to regularly this year I wanted to put it down that this one is close to perfection. The service is always pleasant and the food is always fast and accurate. The lobby is clean and well designed and the cheese is filmy as usual but it has obviously been tended to at some point.

The portions are correct and the tacos are wrapped with care. I've only had one complaint and that is that occasionally they give you the food so fast they don't give the cheese on the taco time to melt, but that hasn't been an issue I've encountered in about a year.
