Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

Today, I tried the lavender latte at my local Caribou, located in Hy Vee. I received an email that said I would get 50 extra perks points for trying the lavender drink, but when I got home I saw that no extra points had been awarded. The manager I spoke to at HyVee told me it's a Caribou problem and they can't do anything about it. I frequently receive email offers for call-ahead or online orders only, but the only Caribou in my town is in HyVee, and they don't accept call-ahead or online orders, so I miss a lot of promotions. Wish Caribou had a location farther north or a stand alone store instead of all the Starbucks and Scooters that litter the place. This location has weekly deals (unique to this spot only) and its rarely busy when I go in. There’s a daily trivia question you can answer for 10¢ off your drink too.
