So The other day while grocery shopping at Hy-Vee I picked up some cookies and "cinnamon rolls". I put the Cinnamon rolls in quotes because they used old dinner rolls and tried to pass them off as cinnamon rolls. They we're disgusting, hard and even my 6 year olds wouldn't eat them. I also bought 3 batches of cookies that were hard and void of any taste. I don't really shop in the bakeries too much but wanted to give them a try. Sorry not...

I ordered a cake WEEKS ago for my husband’s 60th birthday and they didn’t have it ready for me when I arrived.The manager did NOTHING to compensate for the mistake. I’m from out of state but would NEVER go here if I lived in Lincoln. Terrible...

Bakery only had one Baker. She was not nice. Acted like I was wasting her time with my cake order. So I said I would try a different hyvee and she said okay and hung up on me. Not impressed with this location. Horrible...
