DaVinci's — Restaurant in Lincoln

Our baked pasta was made without the sauce & didn't have all of our add ins, which were $1.99 for veggies & $3.49 for meat. The pasta came cold with hard & dry noodles. After mixing in the sauce and reheating the pasta in the oven for 15 minutes, it was completely unsatisfactory. The meatball sub I ordered was also missing veggies items I had added to it at $.99 a piece. Lastly, the chips I had ordered came wrong. If they were out, why didn't I receive a call to find out what they had instead of sticking random chips in the bag. I called the daVinci's to get the order fixed & talked to the manager on duty. He stated that they don't use GrubHub often & couldn't look up my order because they didn't have access to that information. I asked him if the sauces usually come on the side to which he responded, no that's not a usual thing. I then asked him how I go about fixing this & he couldn't give me an answer. He offered no help, no explanation as to why the pasta was made wrong, or how to go about fixing the issue. I will NOT be ordering from daVinci's again. As someone who's worked in the service industry for 16 years I find the managers lack of help & not taking responsibility for the incorrect...

This is DaVinci's original restaurant in Lincoln and is its larges and nicest. Like all DaVinci's, its "The Works" cheesesteak hoagie is to die for! The salad bar isn't great, but there are once-thru, all-you-can eat and also take-out options which are fine considering the reasonable prices. I very much prefer DaVinci's pizza over Valentino's, the other Lincoln original. There's free & fast Allo Wi-Fi which I appreciate (password "cheesesteak"). I think it's an interesting touch that there's instructional Italian playing in the always spotless restrooms! There's a senior discount for customers over 55. All the staff are polite, but there's one staff member named Lucinda who deserves special mention for her upbeat attitude and friendliness. I should add that there's parking in the rear off G Street. My only complaint about all DaVinci's is the price of the pop. Normally I'd take off a star for that, but they don't mind folks hanging out for quite a while, so this DaVinci's definitely rates a solid five stars as the best restaurant in the Everett...

The Manager Jordan at the 11th and G location needs to be fired! My wife requested that her pizza not be undercooked and gooey, since the last 2 times we order it was. They didn't put the cheddar cheese on it that was requested, and was undercooked (gooey) so it was remade and when the driver came to get the original pizza my wife checked the remade pizza while the driver was here and it was black and burnt. She sent both pizzas back with the driver (also said it was burnt and he wouldn't eat it) then my wife called and asked for her money back. The manager Jordan said he will not do anything about it, and was very rude through out the whole conversation. after my wife said that's not right he hung up on her. He should be fired! If Kelly knew that's how a manager acted towards a customer, Jordan would not have a job. We will NEVER order delivery from this...
