Appearance and Atmosphere: Clean and well lit. Plenty of space to find a quiet study corner or host a small gathering with friends and family. They had a small band playing Christmas music the morning my wife and I went there. Plenty of informational flyers of community events displayed indicating The Mill supports the Lincoln area.
Food, Beverage, and Price: Good selection of coffees and teas. Plenty of syrups to add to your drink if you choose. The coffee flavor was excellent. I had 2 cups of their morning brews and my wife had a latte. My wife and I split a blueberry muffin that was delicious and still warm. So baked that day. The price was on par for any coffee shop I've been too. Food selection limited to basic bakery items. So do not come expecting a large breakfast.
Service: The staff was friendly to converse with. They kept the additional coffee condiments and supplies well stocked.
Additional comments: Includes some assorted The Mill items for purchase including mugs, shirts, and coffee beans. Wonderful coffee shop to enjoy the morning in the wonderful Haymarket of...
Read moreI love The Mill coffee and was so excited to use them for fundraising for my high school dance team. I received a very helpful email with instructions at the very beginning and was pretty simple. Ordering the coffee/teas after the fundraiser was over was nearly impossible with the directions given and we had to wait 2-3 days to hear back from anyone to help. Flash forward to today I got an email that my products were ready to be picked up and nobody knew what we were talking about when we got there to pickup. We waited for a very long time before we got directed to go home and MAYBE get our products later today or tomorrow. We live 45 minutes from town so a huge inconvenience. Knowing The Mill I was so excited for an organized and put together fundraiser and unfortunately it’s been more of a headache for me to deal with. It’s been well over a month since our...
Read moreI went to college near and studied at The Mill almost every day. Although It has been some years now since being back in NE, one thing that comes to mind when I think of Lincoln is The Mill. Its wonderful staff, quality coffee, and day old pastries I bought so often over my years in Lincoln bring back many great memories. I recently was reminded of The Mills coffee and decided to purchase some whole beans online. I just finished sipping my first cup of Maple Pecan coffee and let me tell you, it was exactly what I had hoped for and more. The aroma, the bold but not overpowering flavor, and the fall flavored theme was just the pleasant nostalgia I was looking for this morning. Thank you for your dedication to the craft and for never compromising the quality of a great cup of coffee....
