The food was okay, most everything was luke warm or cold. The rolls and Texas toast were hard and nasty. But overall everything was still edible .. Our issue came when #1 we got home from getting curbside(which we had to go inside for, it wasn't brought out to us), and we were missing every single side. They gave everyone a soggy bag of waffle fries. Only two people ordered those. I understand accidents happen so we tried to call. Tried 3 times nobody answered. So we drove back. The lady behind the counter insisted I was lying even after I showed her our order.We even told them we were given extra fries that nobody ordered and offered to return them so we could get our actual sides.Eventually after arguing with her for 15 minutes she gave us the 5 Mac and cheeses we were missing. Then when I tried to tell her we were still missing the baked beans everyone ordered again a 15 minute argument. Eventually we got the mac and cheese and baked beans we were missing and left... Overall, The food wasn't that great but was edible. The service though was a nightmare. I wish I knew that ladies name I would call corporate.( She wasn't wearing a name tag and nobody was in their uniform.) That is not costumers service. She was beyond rude, basically called me a liar and I'm pretty sure she was the manager. Never ordering from there again. Period. We didn't ask for anything other than what we ordered and paid for. Wasted over 100$ on bad food and worse service. Side note: Im 9 months pregnant and this was a meal for our extended family and ourselves.I spent the whole time everyone was at home visiting arguing with this lady trying to get the rest of our food. Read moreEXTREMELY unhappy with the service we received tonight. We placed an order online for delivery and the delivery time came and went and the app had stated that our food had been dropped off. Since we did not receive our food, I called the store. They informed me that they partner with Door Dash and were unsure where our food was, but that it was picked up a while ago and since we only live 4mins away it should have been dropped off already (and that they do not have the dashers info). The guy that answered the phone unhappily offered a refund and stated they could not deliver the food. After a few minutes the Door Dasher company called and stated that the dasher called support to confirm the address and call us because they could not find the home. Turns out Dickeys had given them the wrong address and that the dasher was now on the way since we gave them the correct address. 2 mins later we get a notification from Dickeys that the order was cancelled. My husband called back to see if that would now cause the dasher to not deliver our food that was already over an hour late (hungry kids waiting and all). The guy that he talked to at Dickeys caught an attitude and told my husband "Its not my fault someone stole your food" and then hung up on him. I went to the counter, after we received our food, to ask for extra sour cream. Mindy said “No, we put enough on there”. I said “OK, but I still would like extra, so you have a packet or anything?” Mindy said “No, I told you we put two scoops, that’s enough.” I said “Look, I’ll pay you 50 cents or whatever it costs, I just spent over $50, I don’t need anyone telling me how much sour cream I am allowed to have”. She proceeded to say “fine, here” and angrily handed me the sour cream. The girl who originally took my order was glaring at me through this whole ordeal. My husband then had to go ask for a couple of extra plates since we had 6 of us but only 3 trays. Again, he was given an eye roll and one plate. He came and sat down and I said “babe, we needed 3 more”. He said “well you go up there then, I don’t want to deal with them again.” Once we ate, my husband and I were even anxious about asking for a to go box.
