Let’s look at the entire visit Food: Burger 1/2 lb of fresh meat, season kinda hurts flavor when just salt and pepper would bring out flavor. Salad: menu says all salads come with lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, and onions. I got dinner salad. It had shredded lettuce from bag, 3 pickles, 1 slice of tomatoe cut in halves. Fries: the best ever Chili: not homemade but ok Sweet tea: way too sweet
Service: poor Waitress was very friendly. But needs a lot of training. Issues: I asked for a cup of chilii I got a spoon full in a small side container. It says comes with mayo but did not. Anytime we needed a refill I had to get up and get the waitress. It was slow only 3 tables but the waitress stayed at counter with manager or somebody. I had to ask for dressing for the salad. We had to ask for utensils. My wife never was asked if she wanted another water. She stayed up at the counter after serving the original order. I asked for salad and chili before my burger, I got it with my meal. I do not know if she did not understand or just has no clue. Building dinning room: it was clean and simple set up. But we got there at 8pm and could not push the door open. It says they close at 10pm. She told me they were open but dood not working right just push very hard. So we went back in and I had to use a good amount of force to get in.
All in all food ok, service needs a lot of work but they are new. But living in little Elm if I am wanting burger and chili I would go...

My wife and I tried the new burger joint in Little Elm this week. We were overall very impressed. The prices are reasonable, the menu is varied, and the service was good. That being said, there are a few details that could be improved to make it great.
Counter-serve or full-service? The layout of the restaurant makes it difficult to determine on first entrance whether you order at the counter or are waited on at your table. The simple addition of a "Please wait to be seated" sign would fix this.
What's in a combo? There is a combo option on the menu, but it doesn't mention what comes in it. Does it include a drink? What kind? Tots or Fries? Is there an upcharge for that? Some detail would be appreciated.
Pricing structure. The price of the various burgers is relatively low, but confusing. Why is the Patty Melt the same cost as the double burger? Does it also have two patties? Otherwise, why charge that much when the only real change is the bun? Just some consistency in pricing would be helpful.
Like I said, overall this is a good place. A few simple changes could make it great. Hope they stick around for...
Read moreAte at Jimmy's for dinner tonight. Food was good, but some things need to be worked out.
It is hard to tell if it is intended to be counter-service or full-service, as it appears to be both. I will just say it would be much easier and make more sense for it to be a fast casual, order at the counter and get your own refills type place. Once we received our food, our server disappeared. we needed a refill, but not offered one. My husband asked for a bacon burger with an extra patty of meat. He also asked for 2 sides of ranch. Neither of those came. when we asked about the extra patty of meat, we were told the Jimmy's comes with 1 patty. We didn't order the Jimmy, but there is an option to add extra meat. (We were literally the only table there, so it wasn't because they were busy.) The curly fries just taste like the frozen bag from the grocery store, which is ok, but they are not spicy as they claim. The bbq sauce on my daughter's burger was a little odd tasting, but not bad. The bacon burger was tasty. I'd be more likely to return if they just made it a fast-casual concept. They definitely need some training on attentiveness. But the food is...
