I patronize this establishment quite often. I have never experienced anything like I did on Sunday 6/30/24 at 3pm. My husband and I were greeted and sat down immediately upon entering the restaurant. Our waitress comes over with the worst attitude ever. She acted as if she didn’t want to be at work that day. Which I can definitely relate, but on the same token that’s not a good look for the business. I placed my drink order and she walks off never acknowledging my husband to get his drink order. I had to call her back to the table to get his drink order. She came back gave us our drinks and then took our food order. All this still with an attitude. Now the gentleman that brought out our food was much friendlier and professional than she was. He made sure we received everything we needed. Now this is where my issue arises with Catina Cinco De Mayo#3. After the horrible service we received, I still tipped the young lady in cash. Since I had a limited amount of cash on my persons. We paid our bill with a credit card and wrote a 0 with a line drawn through it on the tip portion. Since we had already given the young lady her tip. Woke up the next day to an additional $20 tip charged to the credit card. I did dispute the amount. This review is to simply warn others. Please keep an eye out on your charges when using your card at this establishment. As well as keep the receipt of your order for at least 1 week. Due to me keeping my receipt from this purchase I was able to submit the original purchase to credit card company. I strongly suggest using cash. I truly hope this never happens to anyone else. Read moreThis was by far the worst experience that I have ever encountered at a local restaurant. We were a party of 5 and were seated quickly, and ordered drinks. I asked for a half sweet-unsweet tea, and was given more unsweet after asking for more sweet. The waitress immediately gave attitude because I asked for more sweet tea. We were then given another waitress, who took our food orders incorrectly, and then attempted to lie and double charge another person at our table with the cheese dip he refused to take back, because we only ordered one. He then comes back to the table and attempts to lie and state he did not tell us that, and was pointing at just anyone he could lie on. The supposedly manager that evening attempted to lecture us about ordering, when it was their waiter and kitchen staff who failed to communicate. The presentation of the food was despicable, an d my choro cheese dip was spilled on the wooden tray courtesy of the 3rd waitress we received. They were not full, and we were not a party of people who ran them back and forth for obscene things. We had simple orders, and 2 drinks were ordered the entire time. I have dined at this place countless times, and even celebrated our friends birthday party here, but I will not EVER RETURN. Then today I receive a notice from the bank that someone there went back and took the tip off of our credit cards, because we failed to tip for horrible service. I am going back to the establishment to speak with managers, and retrieve the name of the lady who took my card and I will be pressing fraud charges not only with the bank, but the Pulaski County Prosecutors...
Read moreThis restaurant was packed! To full for covid standards. There was a convention in town and so there was a line out the door. I went there to pick up a doordash order and waited for an hour!! I told the lady when I got there why I was there and she said it would be a few minutes. One of the workers came through the door and I told him I was waiting on a doordash order, he said he would check on it. 20 minutes later he came back by the register to get a coke so I asked him again. He responds the cashier didn't even accept your doordash order so it will be at least 20 minutes more. He accepts the order and goes on his way to serve tables. I am not leaving one star because it took so long. I am leaving one star for the customer service. There was no communication and I stood there watched people people who came in after me eat there meals. And I got practically yelled at for asking why it was taking so long!! They need to work on their customer service skills and make take out a priority!! Several people walked it to order and walked out after standing...
