First bad experience in a TS, my go to is Baja Wrap and Avocolada smooth with HALF suger... took one sip and discovered that they had made a XTRA turbinado smoothie.

Go in to have it replaced and the manager (short white lady lighter blue shirt) gets an adatude, talking about the ticket says Xtra. I don't care what the ticket says I have over 10 tickets in my expense app that show half suger. Someone in YOUR team missed up.

My smoothie and quesadilla was great tasting. My complaint is that there wasn't a barcode on my receipt for me to get my points after spending $11.00 for my lunch. The cashier told me to scan my receipt but there wasn't a barcode for the scanner to pick up. I thought it was just that day she forgot to punch the right key. Well I was there yesterday (10/14, spent $8.87) and the same thing happened. We talked and the cashier stated they no longer had a scanner. So I didn't get my points ($20 worth). Now, I am at Tropical Smoothie 3 times a week. So my points are important to me. What can be done...

Amazing place, REALLY, great customer service, and amazing atmosphere with free charging ports and clean seats. Amazing vegan options and gluten free options! I didn't see a single crumb anywhere. I asked one of the workers if there was any sugar in the smoothie? She responded with a smile and said that she could take the sugar out of any smoothie. I was really happy because usually people would stop and look at me like I was crazy if I asked for something...
