My husband and I have visited this McDonald's a handful of times in the last couple of months since moving to the Littleton area, and every single time the service gets worse. We preferred the McDonald's on SanteFe vs the next closest one @ 2700 W Bellview because some of the staff spoke English which made ordering so much easier. However, on 9/25/22 we went in around dinner time, there was no one in the lobby, we had cash - their kiosks do not accept cash. At some McDonald's you can place the order at the kiosk and pay @ the counter, others the kiosk tells you before you order that its only accepting orders that are paid for @ the KIOSK. My husband patiently waited for more than 10 minutes at the front counter with absolutely no acknowledgment from any staff. After about 15 minutes I went to the counter with him, at the same time a gentleman trying to pick up a Grub Hub order came in and asked us if we had been helped. We said no and explained we had been waiting for some time. This gentleman got the attention of the staff by yelling at them (something my husband was not willing to do), he told them to forget his order as he was not willing to wait and left. The woman Manager then turned and walked away rather than helping my husband and I. I was able to get her attention, but only by raising my voice. I explained we would like to place an order and pay by cash, she looked at me like I was an idiot and walked away. Another 5 minutes go by, still no help. I get a little louder, and ask for help placing an order. The woman Manager sticks her head around the counter corner and stammers "Use the Kiosk"! I attempt to explain the kiosk does not accept cash, to which she bluntly states 'yes it does' and walks away. We were never helped!! They were busy with the drive thru, and the steady flow of customers coming in to the store who had just come through the drive thru, who were given incorrect orders. I don't know if she was unable to understand what we were asking because there was just that much of a language barrier? Honestly it doesn't matter to me. Read moreMcDonald's usually does a pretty good job with the service and the atmosphere. Got to give McDonald's that. And very appreciative of that. This McDonald's was no different. They took pride in the different areas of keeping a great atmosphere and environment and service that I was able to appreciate and I am extremely grateful that when I go to McDonald's from one McDonald's to the next it seems to be on there important list of priorities to make sure that everything is great and inviting and convenient for guests and the people that they serve. It's actually a testament that for such a large company they are able to keep their franchises and their corporate stores at such a high level that they do and consistent with the work and effort and service that they put into providing a high quality place and atmosphere and environment for their customers and themselves. It's one thing that you can count on if you're going to go to McDonald's more often than not, actually most of the time. I'm grateful for McDonald's for that and for this particular McDonald's for maintaining that level and regard for themselves and those that visit their stores and restaurants. Thank you for that McDonald's and McDonald's employees and appreciate you. And your blessing in that regard and for all that to do that helps your guests through the day....
Read moreIve reported this place to the health dept in Arapahoe county. Food was bad, fish filet was stale and OLD. Manager would NOT refund money despite my having JUST left the drive through. The female manager felt terribly and gave me 4 free dessert gift cards for the future. I waited 3 months , came through the driveway and asked for a sundae with 1/3 strawberry topping and 2/3 ice cream. The manager who others have mentioned is abusive: JESUS, came to the window and REFUSED to honor my request saying it was a "special order!" When I advised him the reason I HAD those cards was becuase they had given me rotten food which made me sick before and the only thing i was going to eat was the dessert now with the gift cards, He refused to still give me the sundae. I demanded my gift card back ( he didnt have the sundae made) and he REFUSED to give me back the gift card!! I again demanded it and he refused to return it. Which is STEALING. So, I called corporate , reported JESUS and then called the police and reported JESUS for larceny. This owner owns about 12 other McDonalds in the area so beware. Call the 800 # on the receipt and ask them which other stores this owner owns and then inform them you will NOT go to ANY of the stores....
