I bought a pair of jeans there on the 19th of Nov. 2020. I didn't try them on, my mistake! I had to return them the next day the fit was not like the ones I currently have. So I returned the jeans on Nov. 20th. I left my credit card behind by mistake, contacted the store within about 15mins of leaving my credit card behind in the card reader. I contacted the store as the very moment they were calling me.I went back to the store to get my credit card NOT ONE EMPLOYEE including the cashier Alexis told me that my credit card was used for a transaction other than my return. So, when I see the charge on my credit card notification I call boot barn and speak to the manager Mary and she tells me she will look into it calls me a few days later and explains that the person behind me used my card and the person behind them turned it in. And that they would issue a credit to my card. Well, nothing happened I called back talk to Alma she tells me to call corporate and gives me the number, they tell me to call the bank that issued the card. Contacted Marshall at boot barn today, he says he will look into it. My guess is nothing will get done. I get to pay for some else's purchase. Moral of the story Boot Barn does care about who's credit card gets used just as long as they get paid! Don't leave your card in the card reader!!! No one cares if you had a forgetful moment as Alexis the cashier chats away with you...beware!!! If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would for 0...
Read moreI bought some boots back in December but shortly after my purchase they started to squeak really badly. I tried everything to solve the issue but finally couldn’t take it anymore and called to try to exchange my boots. I was initially concerned because I have worn the boots for a couple weeks at that point and had lost my receipt. I called and spoke with Savannah who was very polite and informed me that they would do an exchange of the boots even without my receipt. When I arrived at the store I spoke with Savannah and Kevin about the boots. Kevin took a quick look and was able to tell the boots had a broken shank which was the cause for the squeak. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes with my new pair of boots with no hassle at all! To top it all off I saw at checkout that they offer a military discount which Kevin gave me on top of the exchange. So to top it all off not only was I able to exchange my boots but I also got a little store credit for my military discount. I bought a pair of Twisted X boots, a Justin belt, and 2 Resistol shirts. Great prices and a military discount. I didn't know Boot Barn did that.

Went back looking for another pair of boots. Something I can wear to cut the grass and go around in. She knew exactly what I wanted.
