Horrible experience, the saucy girl in the blonde hair sold burned mini pretzel dogs to me, I returned and asked her politely, if they should be that way. She straight up asked if I wanted her to make another batch, with no apology. I said yeah, I left the burned ones on the counter, thinking she would get it. Next thing she pointed at a seat and I went to seat, I was already feeling the tension, but I thought to my self she’s just a little kid, so I didn’t pay any mind. Next thing she became semi aggressive when her colleague was about to get it, basically telling me to pick up the burned food and trash it myself, which I did but I kept hearing them talk in the back, like little whispers, and if she’s already feeling some type of way towards me, why on earth would I eat the batch she prepared, there’s no telling what she could have done. They had a sign on the counter, "Buy a bundle, get a classic pretzel for $1". I asked the girl for the bundle #4 and a salted pretzel. My kids didn't want any cheese with the pretzels, so I told her she didn't have to give me any cheese. I assumed that I would be charged for the #4 and the $1 pretzel. Nope! Rings me up ala carte and charges me full price for the second pretzel. She explains to me since I didn't want the cheese I didn't (technically) get the bundle. Unbelievable. I went to Auntie Anne’s in Livonia, MI (Laurel Park) location on yesterday and my experience with Tenecka was amazing from start to finish. 😇 She was polite, friendly, and very kind.
