I came at almost noon, & decided to go Inside to pick up my order as it says online that dine in is open. The doors were locked. I pulled on them twice and an employee came and opened the door I asked if they were closed and she said no and apologized. I thought that was weird why are the door locked at lunch time if you aren’t closed. The man at the register said nothing just stared at me with a blank stare. I told him I had an online order he handed it to me and gave me my cup and said nothing but just stared at me. It was a weird passive aggressiveness I would have went though the drive through if the lobby wasn’t open but online said it was so I thought I’d come in. I also got a free bag of chips because I didn’t know they were in my bag already and the guy said nothing as I picked up the bag of chips so that’s a plus side, the food was...

Food is never prepared as requested, sandwiches end up overly wet even when requesting minimal condiments, staff never provide napkins even when requested, and they tend to not cut sandwiches in half even when requested. This is usually done through their online app, in-store experience may be different. Staff is friendly and accommodating, but I should not have to re-request what was originally requested. It's frustrating. Lettuce tends to be really wilted and overly wet, like it's sitting in water or lettuce juice or perhaps spoiling, not good. Other vegetables seem OK, haven't gone through each individually. Tried the brownie, pass on that one. Dry and really basic, walnuts pieces on top would have been a little bonus, but over all, not a great brownie. And for the price, not...

This is the only Jimmy John's I've ever gone to. I've been here more than a handful of times typically when I'm on the go and don't need a whole lot I will stop in for a slim Ham and cheese, and I add lettuce. Today the girl laughed and said no. I asked why and she says I literally cannot fit that on there and she laughs again. I mentioned briefly that I get it every time and she says again, no it's not possible.. Again, this is the only location I've ever gone to and I've gotten the same thing every single time. You can't accommodate me. I won't come back and especially if you laugh at me over a simple request. Now I have a pound of food here, and I'm going to eat some of it and throw it away since again.
