McDonald's — Restaurant in Livonia

What. A. Terrible. Location. ! My girlfriend and I live close by, like right down the street, from this particular location and do enjoy McDonald's from time to time. However, we have had more negative than positive recently with drive through orders and customer service (or the lack there of...). Today, March 9th 2021, my girlfriend visited this location on Ann Arbor rd. Not only did she wait 30 minutes the FIRST time going through the drive through and received the incorrect order, and had to wait AGAIN in line another 20-25 minutes to receive her INCORRECT order a SECOND TIME! She called once she got home, and was informed she would have to bring the food back and wait AGAIN for her correct order (at this point she was not waiting anymore). The tone of the woman she was talking to was very rude, unapologetic and unforgiving of multiple incorrect orders and the inconvenience it puts on the customer. We will NEVER go to this location again, we will drive out of our way to go to either to another location or a different company in general to get way better service. I understand busy lines, and jobs piling up and getting tough to manage... but I work in retail/customer service and there is no way there is justification to offer higher wages to these types of jobs if they aren't able to give the equivalent of service any quality of goods back to the customer!! Find some competent people who can handle the job description they were...

Update: I went back to try again. Service was better food was fresh. But they messed up the chip on my bank card. The first night the cashier kept taking it in and out roughly.. thought maybe it was the machine just not reading chips didn't think nothing of it.. went the next day and a different cashier did the same thing... both about 6 times before just sliding my card. Then I go to use it at the grocery store and my chip no longer works...thought maybe my card was dirty tried three other places still my chip doesn't work... Point is they messed up my bank card which was working fine before and now doesn't and had to order another one...

Absolutely horrible... Day shift is usually OK but night shift was horrible..... First off I was rushed at the speaker.. After every sentence I was interrupted and told to pull forward.. After finally getting my order in I took about 15 more minutes with one car in front of me to get my food. Then I get my food and it was supposed to have bacon... Got no bacon and my food looked like this... Absolutely horrible everything was not even put on my burger but on the side of it... Fries not full at all.... Forgot to mention when I was ordering they kept telling me they were out of stuff because they were about to close... They close at 12 I got there at 10... Absolutely unacceptable.... I get yall probably don't have staff and are tired but either do ur job to a decent point or don't work in...

This has been by far the worst experience I have EVER experienced. I stopped at this location which was moderately busy. I get very little time for lunch at work so on this day I opt in the parking lot to add 30 min of personal time to eat before my shift. After a long wait I ordered two simple items, when paying with card not only did I not get a receipt back with my card I was sure it would be in the bag with my food. It was not I pulled forward to check my food seeing the long line of people behind me there wasn't an option for reverse so I turned around and when back..my drink wasn't right, my food was Not what I paid for and now my time is crunching. I turned back thinking someone will make this right. The old lady in the pink shirt shoulder length hair with the horrible customer service after being told the situation made EVERYTHING WORSE. I explained the order was wrong I didn't get a receipt she kept asking over and over gaslighting me, I explained I was about to be late for work after taking time to stop...she disregarded me and said I'd wait more. This was the poorest service I have ever experienced. I'm an adult and deserve respect where I spend my money. I couldn't eat the food brought out by Rico respectfully I would NEVER trust anything from here if someone doesn't respect my time nor money....
