I have given this Subway shop the benefit of the doubt when I come here it is for an emergency stop by to grab something to eat to get my medical condition under control. I require a service dog because of my medical condition. However twice I have walked in there and I have had to deal with an overactive woman on the first occasion an overactive man on the second one today telling me I can't have my pet in the store what part of he is wearing his service dog vest he is a service dog for a medical condition I have is there to do his job and they didn't even ask me the three questions they can ask me instead they told me to get out of the store because I'm not locking there because I have a pet with me know you're ignorant when I came in there my service dog was sitting on the ground relaxed waiting for me to finish up my order because I was having a medical episode of priority even coming in and I had to deal with not once now but twice your employees disrespecting me and disrespecting my service dog and trying to undermine the fact that he has his best that specifically gives you all the information you need to know and tell me that I can't have my pet in your store well guess what I will be taking my money elsewhere I am done with the subway I've given you two chances and both chances have just told me what type of store this is they are not complying with Ada federal government laws that protect handlers with service dogs and if they're so full of themselves to make such comments to me when I'm walking in there when I'm having a medical issue that makes me want to take my money and go elsewhere I should have to put up with that nor should any other service hand dog handler have to put up with that this is just respectful it is unacceptable and they have done nothing to change their behavior towards people who are coming in with their service dog apparently. I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau and to the Ada on Government Center and they can handle the Subway location because I'm fed up with being treated like that at this location not once but twice where is there a ride that says your employees can disrespect and tell somebody who has a service dog coming into your store to get out of your store and that they're not welcomed with their pets apparently they don't know the difference or they just don't care the difference between a service dog and a pet and this is your own company's problem because y'all not educated on federal Ada laws and how you shouldn't be...
Read moreI was waiting in line behind someone because I was thinking of getting a pretzel and not a sub but I couldn’t see the prices on the menu so I steeped a little closer for a minute to see it, but the person in front was already rudely looking me up and down and before I could move out her way she charged at me and almost crashed into me forcing me to practically jump out of her way and so I put my hand up in frustration because all of that was unnecessary and then the employee said “I know she didn’t just put her hand up at you” which I felt was unprofessional, but it didn’t end there. She made me wait longer to even order my food and when I asked for light black olives she looked over at the lady I had an altercation with put extra black olives and quickly closed the sub and then globed way too much sauce on my little 6 inch sub. Before this time, the guy was so nice to me, that’s why I come back.This time I brought my nephews and we bought 4 of a foot long subs ,the two ladies was so mean and rude, like they don’t want to do their jobs , even talk bad about us (my Nephews over heard their mean conversation about us). I work at a Salon, I know all about customers service and I was really trying to be very cool and easy. I can’t find any reasons why they treated us like that(other than they really hate their job).
