Scrubs N Tees — Local services in Locust Grove

I bought $119 worth of scrubs for a job but a few weeks after my purchase I ended up not doing the job. Remind you the uniforms had never been touched. The tags were still on the uniforms as well. Somehow I had misplaced the receipt which I never do. I called the locust grove location to ask if I could return the scrubs anyway since you can clearly see the charge on my checking account from scrubs and tees for $119. The associate I spoke with said I needed the receipt no matter what. She also stated I only had 14 days after the purchase to return the items. Well that day I called was the 14th day based on the date from my checking account. So I requested to speak with the owner. Th e associate took my number and about 5 minutes later the owner called. Very rude, acting as if she didn't know why I requested for her to call me. I then explained my issue again and her response was that a receipt is needed just like at Wal-Mart she said. Well! To bust your bubble Wal-Mart actually allows their customers to return things without a receipt! She was rude and no customer service whatsoever! I'm sure she could have refunded me if she wanted to! Now I have scrubs I don't need. A waste of $119 and I'm very upset about it. Brand new scrubs with tags still and I couldn't even return them. Yes I know companies have policies but there is usually exceptions made when it was an honest mistake to have...

I called at 6:51 and Savannah was EXTREMELY RUDE! On Google closing time said 7:00, but the open sign was off, as well as the lights. When I called I asked was the store closed and she then replied, “in 6-7 minutes.” I then stated I was in the parking lot and was it OK to come in for a moment? Savannah replied, “ What do you need? I recently discovered this store, & I absolutley loved shopping here. It's soft, calm, & comfortable atmosphere makes it so pleasant. They have lots of colors in several brands. The clothes are organized & easy to find sizes. Their prices are far more reasonable than other scrub stores. I got two outfits for what I would've spent on one elsewhere.
