I was greeted almost immediately when I walked in. I didn't notice the sign for calling in ahead during the Covid business, but they were good enough to get me in anyhow. I was wanting to try a new style of cut and showed them a picture of what I wanted. The stylist made sure to cut it to my liking and got it spot on.

I am not sure what the other bad reviewers are talking about with the negative comments. It is possible that you can catch more bees with honey, and maybe the stylist was having an off day. My experience left me wanting to go back exclusively to get my hair cut by them.

Pricing, I have had my haircut pretty much all over the country traveling for work. The prices here are very reasonable for the services you get. Rarely can I find a cut, straight razor, wash, and style for $16. I would pay double for the service I received.

The salon was clean, well organized, and themed well. The bathroom was also nice and clean. You can tell they care about their business.

All in all with this experience, I give them a 10 out of 10. Excited to see how they do next...

Love getting my hair cut at Gamekutz, but only when I have more time on my hands than I care to do with. I tried 4 times today to call and schedule an appointment. The first time I was put on hold for over 10 minutes (I hung up after that), and the other 3 times, it eventually went to voicemail. I drive from almost an hour away to run errands usually no more than once a month, so my time is valuable when I get into town. I could hear (the girl left the phone on the counter so I could hear everything while "on hold") the discussion about their wait time and it was over an hour and a half. Where to start? 1-Katie has been cutting my boys’ hair since they were old enough for their first haircut. She is unbelievably patient. All 3 of my boys went through the fighting the haircut stage. And I mean kicking and screaming.. and she was patient and very understanding. None of them fight anymore, but they all LOVE her. 2-her skills are PHENOMENAL. My sons all have weird cowlicks and she cuts it so you can’t even really tell they have them. She also cuts my hair along with my husband’s. If you haven’t scheduled with her, you are missing out.
