Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lombard

I walked Dunkin’ at about 12pm on 9/21/22. The one worker tells me to hold on. That’s understandable. I continued to wait while he finished cleaning an oven. Still being patient about 3 minutes later he says can I help you. I ordered a spice latte. The gentleman then screams Hot or Ice!!! Taking a back I said huh?? Excuse me? I’m not exaggerating when I tell you he then began to yell Hot or Iced? Hot or Iced!!! At least 3 more times. WTH?? 😳 I then turned around and walked straight out the door. I worked at this place over the summer and they treated me so poorly. I am white and I was only 16 years old. The people working there were all Indian. This one lady would just rip stuff out of my hand and would push me out of the way. Sometimes I couldn't understand what they would want me to do and they would get so mad at me and speak in there language in front of me. I would even hear my name sometimes, followed by laughs. Parking was empty and small, guy got really upset i parked wrong, lines faded but it was a quick order so I moved & guy was still upset even though no new customers had got there. It was a simple order but still wrong, coffee extra cream suger, toasted bagel with cream cheese. I didn't get extra c/s, bagel was not toasted and hardly any cream cheese.
