My 4 year old wanted "chips and sauce" so I stopped at this taco bell. The person who took our order was super professional. Explained Baja blast wasn't working (it's what my kid wanted and he can have a SMALL drink). So we got another drink. But really the only reason I stopped was a special treat for him.
Then, I waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES trapped in the drive thru and even had to park my car so my son could pee by the dumpster. Ridiculous!
TWENTY FIVE MINUTES.
I ordered a couple bean burritos and they were slapped together so they were leaking sauce everywhere.
I know people always say "I'm never coming here again!" but seriously, I'm not. Their food sucks, and after working 10 hours I don't want to spend TWENTY FIVE MINUTES in a drive through.
Oh, I tried to contact taco bell and their website isn't working.
I feel sorry for anyone who has to work there.
9.26 they again messed up the order and didn't give us all of our food. That's why people PARK and make everyone wait while they look through their bag to make sure they weren't ripped off or they don't get home and someone's food is missing . Hard eyeroll.
Again, came back because my son wanted taco bell, and they charged $12 for the $8 combo, and then didn't give me my nacho sauce I ordered. He said "oh, you said taco sauce" well, if that's what you heard then why did you charge me $4 extra dollars for my meal.

I saw managers doing their best to communicate policy yet give discounted product to improve relations and satisfaction. I know everyone has had different experiences, but when a person is polite and cordial, I've witnessed managers doing their best to improve customer satisfaction. I believe Taco Bell offers some of the best customer satisfaction policies in our local fast food industry.
In addition, I believe Taco Bell offers some of the better quality fast food offered at a reasonable price. The $5 boxes are always affordable and packed.
Keep in mind, Lompoc Taco Bell is the only one in our area and as a result always extremely busy! If you talk to the Taco Bell team, you'll discover they take pride in their work. They are only human, can go so fast, and try to be as accurate as possible when expected to rush. So if you see a long line of cars and/or a lobby full of people know that Taco Bell is a foodie favorite and maybe if your in a rush you might want...
