Food was completed on time. When I walked in to pick it up there were three employees that were visible. One putting pies together for cooking, one taking out/cutting/boxing and the third was trying to do everything else, restock toppings, and?? I know this person saw me though. One of the drivers returned and promptly retrieved my order. Unfortunately I did not check my order before leaving. I specifically asked for no mushrooms or olives with onions on half and bell peppers on the other side. The split toppings were mostly correct, but I spent some time removing all the mushrooms and a few rogue olives. Fortunately the request had nothing to do with allergies. Otherwise, the food was good. A bit on the cool side, but that's because we don't live close by - which is also why I didn't bother to contact them. I'm not driving 90 min round trio to have a pizza corrected. I only say "I should have known" because there was someone else in there complaining their pizza was wrong. I would go back. Read moreWe always order from here and normally its always great. We ordered online but had to call to add Alfredo to the pasta because it doesn't give that option online. Normally we call and they charge us an extra dollar or two for it. Today they said they can't do that anymore it doesn't give them the option either. Ok fine I get the pasta and half of each noodle is hard so we call back the person on the phone has someone in the background arguing with us that they did it right. As we are on the phone we find out they made the wrong sandwich for my husband. So he let's them know they said if we want it we have to pay for them to deliver it again. During this time we asked to speak to a manager one never came to the phone. And now my husband is driving up there to hopefully get this resolved. We have never had this bad of service here...
Read moreOk, so I'm on the Greyhound on my way to Atlanta. We make a stop for food and the driver clearly warns us that we only have 15 minutes. 12 to 15 people get off the bus and every last one runs into Burger King. I look across the parking lot and spot a little Domino's Pizza. So I hobble across the parking lot with my bad left hip and I get to the store and the guy asked how he could help me. I explain to him that I need ANYTHING that would have me back on the bus in 10 minutes. He suggested some wings. I accepted. I told them to forget about the sauce. They got the wings done, handed me my box and I darted (as much darting as my hip would allow) back to the bus just in time. When I opened the box, I had my wings and they put some sauce with ranch on the side. Who could beat this kind of service? Thanks...
