Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Lone Tree

Well after 15 minutes on hold with a hang up I decided to just write the review. I love their southwest shrimp salad and the past three times it’s been awful. The first, the avocado was completely black, the second it had four shrimp and rotten lettuce for an $18 salad, the third was the worst being almost completely shrimp and taco shell strips, nearly no lettuce, a tiny scoop of pico, and no avocado to be seen. I wanted to call to ask them to just fix it for next time but no one answered after the initial greeter put me on hold. I also did not give any feedback the first two times it was bad. Update: I called again because that was dinner for the rest of the family. This time I told the person who answered that I had been hung up on earlier and she said we are busy restaurant and asked what I needed. I explained to her I wanted to order my salad. She was nice after I told her what I had been getting and gave us gift cards (less than one of the salads) and so I ordered again tonight. She said it would be fixed and thanked me. It may have all been fake though because salad again missing tortilla strips and barely any actual salad. We will just keep...

Worst service of any restaurant in the area. The employees ignore patrons standing at the hostess stand. Once the hostess wakes up and acknowledges their need to perform their job, the hostess always attempts to fill the bar area, which wouldn’t be a big deal if the bartenders actually cared to wait on the people seated around the bar. But they do not. I just waited 15 minutes without being able to place my order, again (like any stable person, I walked out after the 15 minute mark). This is 15 minutes after having received my drink from the food runners from the kitchen, an obvious acknowledgment of my presence. I’ve now experienced this multiple times at this location. This is obviously the norm at this restaurant, not a one off or two off experience. Chili’s, you couldn’t pay me to come back in or recommend you to anymore. What do you have to offer that is worth...

Food was good. Service was slow but it was Happy Hour and we sat in the bar. It was busy and just the bartender (who was our waiter) and one other server. So not a big deal. What was a big deal for me was how filthy some parts of this restaurant were. My wine glass wasn't clean. Old ring around the inside of the glass. The bathroom floors were absolutely disgusting. It was like someone did a quick mop over the main part of the floor on occasion and never tried to do up against the walls or around the stalls. It may sound like I am being too picky but the buildup in those areas were disgustingly gross. I can see maybe a little but this is years of buildup. This wasn't the only area that needed cleaning but by far the worst. Totally turned my stomach. Could be a 4 or 5 star for Chili's if they did...
