Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee — Restaurant in Lone Tree

We came here looking for another coffee bar that had apparently closed and were pleasantly surprised. The coffee was fantastic. I am not a big fan of malls and the spot where this little coffee bar sits is pretty quiet and has plenty of tables, at least when we were here before most of the stores open.

The coffee is well roasted, not too dark and brewed with a quality strength. My wife's latte was very good and the parfait she had was fresh.

A very busy coffee shop inside Park Meadows Mall. Even when there is a line for the holidays the staff is friendly and does great job. I like the variety of hot and cold drinks, but my favorite thing is the lemon Ricotta cookie. These cookies are a soft fluffy cake consistency and the lemon flavor is so amazing. Best golden latte I’ve ever had— and I’ve had A LOT of them. Deliciously creamy with a touch of spicy. So smooth and delicious! (Got mine iced).
