I had a terrible experience using the kiosk. I paid, but the machine claimed I didn’t. I immediately told the employees, thinking they would help — but instead, I felt judged and discriminated against. I was being honest, not trying to steal, yet I was treated like a criminal. I’ve used the drive thru several times since the new location opened up. I want to say that every employee I’ve encountered has been very polite and patient. It’s very rare these days.
