Best cupcakes in Long Beach so why 2 stars? They have ridiculous sales rules. Cant buy more than 24 cakes without pre-ordering (make more stock) cant order 6 cakes for the following day in certain flavors, must come at opening and buy when they have most but not all in stock, can't call in and pay and get the ones you want put aside. So if you want Frosted cupcakes u better get with their schedule because they won't accomodate yours. Poor staff there have to apologetically deal with customers when it's not their fault the owner won't make enough cakes to run a store that satisfies customers. I've spent thousands at this store for various events but I'm pretty tired of the rules.

We have a family tradition of Frosted instead of birthday cakes but because of how difficult it is to get what we want and my husband missing out on cupcakes for his bday, despite attempts to deal with the store, we may now rethink...

I was so excited to place a custom cupcake order for a birthday party, and the customer service I received when placing the order was phenomenal and I was so excited to see the final product! When I picked the cupcakes up, I was a little disappointed at the outcome. I was expecting frosting that looked professionally piped on and a presentation that justified the over 100 cost for 24 cupcakes. The frosting was runny and sloppy, and by the time I made the 10 minute drive home they looked even worse for wear. I decided to try some of the frosting since it was already everywhere and it was sickeningly sweet and gritty. Just getting the cupcakes out of the box they became even more ruined. Best cupcakes in Long Beach. I love this place. They have a great selection of cupcakes during the day. This includes some non gluten stuff and I think i saw a vegan cupcake once but not entirely sure. The only downside was that by end of day they usually are out of all their best sellers so you cannot go at the end of a workday and expect every flavor to be out. They had a limited giveaway for frontline workers of 4 cupcakes earlier when COVID hit and i thought that was really awesome of them. The location is OK. The only downside I see is you have to look for parking when the front street parking is full. The staff is great. Never had a complain to give from them and they're pretty patient fort the most part.
