Quinn's Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Long Beach

About two months ago, we went out to celebrate my friends bachelorette night and for the most part we had a good time but I will say from this pub we did not! And I will say I was disappointed because we wanted her to have a good time. But unfortunately when we walked in two girls out of the four of us had to use the bathroom and the other two girls went to look for a table when the owner comes up to us and responds with the bathroom is for costumers only and we all replied with we are staying we need a table for four. Then the owner replied with sure I heard that one last night! We tried to explain saying we are staying and She just kept responding with sure heard that one before! Needless to say it kinda ruined the night for the bride to be! I’m just disappointed in the way the owner of all people acted, it was rude and uncalled for.

Funny, you think we were upset because you told us that the restrooms were for paying customers only. However we asked you for a table so we can celebrate our friends bachelorette party. But said we needed to use the restroom before we sat. It’s your prejudice thoughts and bias based on our appearance or your perception of what we were to you. Okay. This is a two-part review as I couldn't fault the food AT ALL! The food was absolutely terrific! Loved the presentation, flavor and I have to say that their french fries rival McDonald's! Lol! The food is definitely 5 star quality! Part two: our waitress however is MINUS 5 stars. Wow...I have had many servers in the past, and have been one myself, but this one, Heidi, was the worst server I have EVER had. Seriously. When taking our family's drink order, while everyone else ordered beers, I unfortunately cannot drink, so I simply asked for water. I recieved a beer instead. Okay. Not sure how you mix that up... Her demeanor was that of Morticia from the Adam's Family. No expression, just a robotic blank stare. No kindly banter, no comments at all, nothing. I was stunned. Never even asked how everything was. I was afraid to ask for more water! Additionally, she did not listen regarding the bill and messed it up twice. We finally gave up and left. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. He insulted my wife and made us leave when I put up a fuss and complained. We were not belligerent or slurring our words, just two people trying to enjoy our evening and some red-headed guy in a black shirt and tie (I assume he was either an owner or manager) decided he wanted to ruin it. First he lured my wife outside and told her he needed to talk to her. She followed and out of nowhere the guy just says "you cannot come back inside." I come out and ask the guy what was wrong. He said she was stumbling. We were standing still in a crowded bar! I was honestly more tipsy than she was. He was probably just trying to lower the head count. Btw this was the only place we had to pay a cover charge which is why I put up a fuss about leaving so abruptly. I will absolutely never come back here and for those reading this, there are much better places on 2nd street to enjoy...
