Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Longmont

Ziggi's is way better than Starbucks. I don't understand why people like over roasted burnt tasting coffee. The 3 stars is mainly do to what my husband I have to go through to get a Florentine, which is half hot chocolate and half coffee. Simple easier to make than an espresso drinks. Heat up some skim milk DON'T froth it, add in medium drip coffee and pump in sugar free chocolate syrup and stir well and a little whip cream on top. We get frothed milk, 90% of the time forget the whip cream and all the chocolate is at the bottom. Why is something so simple from most orders so difficult. Oh and the way we have to order it since they insist on wanting to use regular loaded with sugar chocolate milk pretty much tells them how to make it. First, let me say that every other Ziggi's I've been to in Longmont and Firestone have been amazing. This one, though, has been the worst by a lot. I tried them several times about 2 years ago. They repeatedly messed up my order, which made me sick. I told them there was a dietary issue, thinking they'd be more careful, but no. I stopped going here at that point. Today I figured it'd been a while, so try again. When we ordered, they asked "hot, iced, or blended." I thought that by choosing blended, it would be the drink and ice thrown in a blender. When we got to the window, she read back that we ordered blenders. Blenders are different here because they use a coffee/dairy powder mix, so I said no and tried to explain what I thought I had ordered. She was exceptionally snotty and cut me off twice. That sealed it. I will never give this location...

Was there early morning (6 am ish) and the old lady who was helping the girl who was helping me with my payment was INCREDIBLY rude. She yelled "MA'AM!!" At me with a really disgusting ugly tone, and refused to split my payment. She then gave me an attitude when I said to cancel the drink. I accidentally drove off without my card and when I reversed for it she was sticking her hand out of the drive through window rudely handing me my cards and then when I said "thank you sorry have a nice day" she said "bye bye" with an attitude. I can tell she's just a very unmannered person and she definitely shouldn't be working early morning shifts if she can't do it without a nasty attitude. It made me feel humiliated the...
