This afternoon I ordered a $5 box with my choice of 2 pieces of chicken & my choice of 2 sides, a biscuit & a jal. pepper. So I asked for a thigh & a breast and for my 2 sides I requested a double order of okra, plus I threw in an extra thigh for a dooar. I sas starving since all I'd had to eat for the day was breakfast. Anyway, while I was waiting for my order, there were apparently 2 HUGE orders ahead of me. Well. My bus was about to come any tme, but I remained calm. In the meantime, the girl who took my order didn't have any more orders to make, so she began helping the other two girls make those large orders - which they really did not need any help with. So, the clock kept ticking away and my order was being put on hold. When the cashier saw me eyeing the guy behind me who just got his large order delivered to him she then told me ""We're waiting on biscuits and then you'll get your order." So I waited a few more minutes as other people continued to get their food. Then I asked her, "Are the biscuits done yet? I have to go because I'll miss my bus." So she then walked back and put a biscuit in .my $5 box and began bagging it up. We'll. it took me several hours to get home because I had other errands to run. When I finally got home and was super hungry, but there were only 2 pieces of chicken instead of 3. I didn't get the extra thigh that I'd paid for. So I called them up and spoke to mgr. He told me to come in and he would give me the thigh. Then I replied, "I'm already home for the day. The buses don't run tomorrow because it's Sunday. So even if I can get there Monday, what is ONE THIGH going to do for me? I will then be obligated to buy MORE chicken in order for it to be worth my while." But he wouldn't budget and inch. It would be a one thigh replacement on Monday (2 days later) or nothing. I told him that Kentucky Fried Chicken does a he'll of a lot better customer service when they make a mistake than what he's willing to do. But HE DID NOT CARE. SO, from now on I will either visit KFC, or else I will cook my own fried chicken, from here on out. I'm done with the unnecessary bad treatment and hastles. When buying fast-food fried chicken is no longer a pleasant experience, it's time to save...

Update Amanda called Saturday, I have a call filter on my phone so her call went to voicemail. She rationalized what wasn’t made clear in the first place that the cook couldn’t cook the tenders yet that’s not what the cashier told me so instead of wasting my time your team lied to Cya. I'm also allowed to post on my Facebook and anywhere I felt the need to since your established wasted my time After I saw how busy they were with a car in front of me that received big orders and other cars waiting and clearly, there's more to what happened on my part and your team part miss “I'm confused” because the service your team gave was not acceptable yet you questioned me. Read moreI wish there were 0 stars... this Church's is the worst. I went a week ago, and they were soooo slow that people were leaving and ultimately we left. I went again today and waited 25-30 minutes just for 2 chicken strip combos. They were not short staffed because there were 5 people working with 2 cars in the drive thru and 3 people ahead of me at the front counter. While standing there for 10 minutes, I realized only one person had even placed an order. After the long wait, I asked for honey mustard sauce instead of gravy and the manager says, we're only supposed to give 1, but I'm going to give you 2. I bought 4 tenders and I didn't even ask for 2. I just asked for honey mustard. She should have been happy to accommodate regardless because I had to wait so long! Then I get home (5 minutes away), and the tenders are soft and disgusting. They were not as crispy as they should have been. It just ruined my appetite. I was so disappointed. Something needs to be done about...
