310 Coffee Company — Restaurant in Los Angeles

We spent $50 for two coffees, one avocado toast and one salmon lox. We've bought this combo before and usually don't mind the price because it's delicious and we only go out once a week. But this time was disappointing. We went on a Saturday. It wasn't necessarily busy since it was later in the morning. Our coffees were way too sweet from previous times we had them. The avocado toast was missing the chili flakes, springs of alfalfa (I think that's what the leafy things on top are called) and the much needed squeeze of lemon. The salmon lox was missing capers and had way too much cream cheese, and I love cream cheese, but it felt like they spread half the block onto the toast. That was 4 strikes all in one meal and sadly I don't think we'll be going back. You cannot charge that much money and not have quality control over your products. I don't care if it was someone new in the kitchen. Or if you were out of ingredients, don't serve those items. Either way, I hope your company sees this review and works on quality control so as to not lose more customers.

310 Coffee’s warm, minimalistic exterior translates to its interior and then some. Right when you walk through the door, you’re immediately greeted by friendly staff, and welcomed by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Whether you’re stepping in for a quick espresso pick-me-up, or staying awhile to sip on your cold brew (or in my case, an iced white chocolate mocha), your stay will absolutely be a pleasant one. Especially when puppies come in to brighten up customers’...

Cute cafe but horrible coffee and service. I asked for an americano with sweet cream foam and they basically gave me coffee with regular cream in it. I asked the lady if they had the sweet foam cream before I paid and she said yes but it became obvious that they didn’t. They attempted to fix it but it was still not what I asked for so I asked for a refund which of course they refused and made a completely different drink that taste like burnt oranges and it was just awful. The lady was clearly annoyed that I didn’t like my drink but they sold me something that they clearly didn’t have. I asked for sweet cream foam not frothed milk…I could’ve done that at home myself 😒 so they took my money and gave me horrible drinks and...
