Bar Marmont — Restaurant in Los Angeles

We were at there to have dinner & catch some d*.... dinner was crazy good. Out of this world. We had oysters, avocado shrimp salsa, chicken & beef. Everything was just phenomenal. The beef melted in my mouth & the chicken was moist w a crunchy exterior. The mashed potatoes probably had crack sprinkled on them they were so good. The kale side salad was a revelation. The crowd was a bit disjointed- older men w super young dates & families w young children. The crowd confused me....

Fantastic and well thought out cocktails with a great top shelf. The decor is classic creates a great romantic low light atmosphere. Classic Hollywood feel without being overly pretentious. I have never had an issue getting in and the staff is always attentive and polite. The clientele is above average. This isn't where you go to pick up a girl or get drunk, this is where you go on a date or...

The cocktails at this bar are fantastic, a lot of effort goes into these drinks and it shows. While on the more upscale end of things ($14-$15 for a drink) it's certainly worth it.
