I went today to this location because I wanted to try the new prime burger, I downloaded the app because that was given a free sandwich if u sign up for the first time in the app with any purchase, so I begin to place my order in the app and I was getting a error message everytime I was trying to check up my order in the app so a decided to go to this branch since is the closest one to my place, so came in and I ask for the manager ( Juan) he was busy so I waited for almost 20 minutes until one of the employees told him that I was waiting for him a long time so u came to me ina very rude mood and ask me? What you wantttt? Is very despective mood! I told him the issue I had with the app and he told also ina very bad tone of voice " I can't do anything for you I am busy" like I was asking him for money so told him I am a costumer and I need help and he didn't care about my presence in the store and didn't care about costumer service at all, this manage had no manners and no training how to treat their costumer. I will never buy again Carl's Jr. I had many years that I didn't buy from Carl's Jr. but I wanted to try the new prime since I saw the commercials on TV with the jurasic world movie coming up and decided to give then a trmiy again after many years, but now I don't think I will never go again or try any of their products in my life for people like this manager that doesn't have any clue how to treat their costumers. This chain should close for good, they are getting worse every year specially this location, it's should shut...
Read moreIn the distant reaches of the Western Blvd quadrant of Los Angeles, where fast food rarely defies the laws of quality, I found myself making a critical pit stop at the Carls Jr. station. A mission for sustenance—quick yet satisfying. Armed with the prized Double Angus burger, I navigated the intergalactic commute home, unaware of the culinary marvel awaiting me.
Upon returning to the mothership, the air shifted—an aroma so compelling, it magnetized all hands aboard. The Double Angus burger, a thing of beauty, was perfection in every bite. Thick, juicy, and bursting with flavor, it was engineered to satiate even the hungriest traveler. The onion rings? Golden halos of crispiness, delivering a satisfying crunch with each bite, a savory reminder that not all treasures come from the stars.
Though my fellow crew members had devoured their own orders before I could capture the full visual data, the consensus was clear: Carls Jr. on Western had delivered beyond expectations. Even with mere fragments of photographic evidence, the satisfaction was palpable, a moment of culinary triumph.
In the vast expanse of the cosmos—or even just a drive home—it’s rare to encounter such a delightful payload. Mission...
Read moreI hope the manager reads this and takes into consideration what I'm about to say!!! First of all when I arrived the establishment to order my food the cashier was giving me attitude leaving me under the impression that she was racist. 2nd of all I ordered my food and it took over half an hour to receive my order which was very outrageous considering the fact that my order was very simplistic. 3rd of all and my biggest complaint was the cook (male) was very slow he was taking a large and extensive amount of time to get my order in when the establishment was not that busy. He the cook was inclusively beside the fact that he took outrageously long he still had the audacity to be talking and laughing with his coworkers instead of making any food. I would have not received my order if i would have not complained to the cashier of why I have not yet received my order and yet they lied to my face when I had been watching them the entire time. So plz get ur workers in check and especially the cook which was annoyingly slow to the point where my anxiety was reaching its peak where I was about to...
