To the owners reply - if what you’re saying is true, I urge you to post the video footage from that day. Only thing you’re being truthful about that I was driving Uber. So, if that means I’m not a customer, great. But you also said you allow Uber drivers to use the restroom so which is true? You actually never went into the restroom to dry the floor and I was the furthest thing from aggressive. You are not being truthful AT ALL!! Let’s see the footage!! Take some accountability for your horrible actions.
I had such a horrible experience at this restaurant today. I came in pick up an order and I asked to use the restroom. The guy behind the counter said the food wasn’t ready yet so I asked to use the restroom in which he said yes, and I had just watched someone leave the restroom. A lady then began wiping the floor leading to the bathroom directly in my path and the more I inched toward the restroom the more she blocked the path. She then looked at me and said “the floor is wet, you can’t go in” - I was very confused because I had just watched someone walk out. She then told the Asain man who was also waiting, you can go in and wash your hands….even though I was just told I couldn’t go in due to the floor being wet. So I left out and went to a different restaurant in the complex to use the restroom. Came back to get the food and someone else was actively using the restroom. I called the restaurant to speak about it and the lady on the other end got very irate and told me it was her who did it and she’s the owner so there’s nothing I can do about it and hung up on me. It felt more like a racist act than it did a restroom issue. If the floor is wet, why are your Asian customers still allowed inside to wash their hands. She never went in to dry the floor or even check to see if it was actually wet after the person before...

Spicy pork belly with baby octopus stir fry (samgyubsal jju goo me kongnahmeur), $44: this dish was so tasty and not too spicy at all! Pork belly, baby octopus, and bean sprouts with spicy Korean sauce... Delicious with the rice!
Tofu and mushroom hot pot stew (dooboo ungo), $40: this was an enormous portion of tofu and mushrooms served over a burner to keep the soup warm. They used different types of mushrooms (shitake, oyster) and diff types of tofu as well. Very simple dish, complemented the very flavorful pork and octopus dish perfectly.
The banchan were all delicious too, especially the squid in the gochujang. There were so many other entrees on the menu that we wanted to try including all of their different pancakes, so we will have to come back another time to try them out! The servings are huge though. We had so much leftover food after ordering just those 2 entrees!
Parking is tough in this area though (as it is for pretty much all of K-Town). The valet charges $4 for dinner to park your car in that lot so it's...
Read moreThat LA galbi is probably the best in LA! Superb quality of meat. So tasty & tender. Pricing is a bit on the higher end but the meat quality definitely worth it. My friends who have had most of LA's galbi dishes said so too. The kimchi stew was delicious too. I loved it. Very flavorful with just enough hint of spicy. I can down the entire bowl. We also ordered the two Pancakes, seafood & pork belly pajuns. Personally, I preferred the seafood one, it got lots of octopus, shrimps & green onions in it. Very tasty & great for sharing among 3-4 persons. The pork belly, it's good too just not as good I feel like the pork belly lost its shines being stuffed inside the pancake. Nonetheless, it was still a good Korean egg pancake. Next up was fresh oysters in traditional sauce. Great to pair with alcohol & a bit kimchi. The banchan were awesome. The little peppers with octopus was the star of the banchan. We tried two bottles of their premium sojus. I never knew soju could taste so complex & flavorful. We are already planning to return with a few more friends to try more dishes. I'm eyeing that skate fish soup thanks so much for HanEuem staff. They were busy but cheerful. We enjoyed our...
