Some places don’t need pics. This is one them. My snapshot was very good, the all girl crew is fantastic. They all work together to have your order ready. It is sort of rare to see this type of teamwork in other respectable establishments. They all look happy and cheery. Very speedy service the layout is pretty simple. Which by the way it took me longer to find what I wanted than ordering it have it in my hands and enjoying a nice cold ice cream scoop in a cup.
To management: kudos for having these girls work as a team. It shows good management. More businesses could use a great model of teamwork like this one. Especially during the weekend and times like these. This is my second time visiting this store, and I really like it. It is a place that I consider when I just can’t take the heat. I really appreciate the service.
As for the ice cream ordered. Like always I have my P.I.C.(Partner in Crime) going with me. Ordered a medium cup which was interesting. Cause sometimes depending on flavors both have to be mixed which create another unique flavor, but this is something we end up doing and by the time your done you have a flurry or milkshake. But they asked to mix it for me!!! ……Mind blown! They do this so a scoop of our favorite ice cream can be enjoyed? Actual ice cream and not setttle for a milkshake flurry thing. This was like the one dude that actually found out they have dinosaurs in Jurassic park. After getting it together and it making me crack a smile it was my turn. Hey, it’s the little things in life. My favorite is chocolate so to have an ice cream that has chocolate chip, brownie pieces, in chocolate ice cream and naming it “chocolate devotion”. THANK YOU CHOCOLATE GODS!!! All I needed at that moment was a bench big enough to dangle my feet and kick them up and down as I enjoy my oh so treat. Reinventing my childhood, and it is good!!
Dont believe me? Check it out yourself that’s why I did not take pictures, you have to live it. Memories are best. Especially when you have great company and a good...
Read moreThis place can be a really great place to go or it can really be horrific. Let me explain why, it depends on 1. Who is working 2. How well they know how to treat customers 3. If they like their job 4. If they like people 5. If they have any level of understanding why people come to coldstone as opposed to 31 flavors or Fro Yo or Pinkberry. I have had some great experiences with some of the staff and I have also had experiences that made me very sad & I promised myself never to return. My great experience was when I ordered the founders favorite and the staff working the counter knew the ingredients & made it very well & did I mention she was very cusomter service oriented. I left very happy that day. My second experience was with two young males approximately in their twenties, both seemed to hate life or at least hate working at cold stone. I ordered my usual founders favorite & first of all he gave me this attitude like “ will this be your only order” and I said “yes” & he continued to put ingredients on the counter to mix & then I asked him if I could get an extra ingredient ( i also mentioned I would happily pay extra) and he rolled his eyes & said “ we are OUT of that” now ... I wasn’t upset they were out of marshmallows but the way he said it was like he was angry I wanted something other than what was on the list of ingredients for that particular ice cream concoction. He and his fellow co worker went on to discuss their personal lives & he basically handed me ice cream took my payment and there was no bye or thank you or even a your welcome to my thank...
Read moreYesterday at Coldstone there was a guy with a short haircut working the front counter and also a gentlemen with a ponytail working the front counter. The guy with the short haircut got me my ice cream and his customer service sucked. As a Chick-Fil-A worker I was displeased with my experience. I love Coldstone ice cream but he ruined my experience. I don't know what's going on in his personal life but maybe he should of worked in he back that day. It would be nice for him to learn to be respectful. Also I asked for caramel and chocolate drizzle on top and I felt like he didn't even hear me and just plopped a little caramel on just one side of my ice cream. Like you evenly distribute the topping in the appropriate portion. So I just paid for my ice cream and left. I'm the most chill person in the world, but his attitude was unpleasant. I hope this...
