Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am an RN and Starbucks is the only thing I treat myself with daily. I just recently moved and this is the closest Starbucks to me, literally two minutes from my house and I was so excited about that but I am so disappointed with them! 😩. I am only satisfied with my coffee maybe 1/5 times. I preorder on the app to save time in the store and my drink is either “taken” or cold when I come. One time, I sat in the shop for 20 minutes just waiting for them to “remake” my coffee. I say “remake” because I don’t think that they made it to begin with. Today, I ordered a grande and there was only enough coffee to fill a tall in the cup. Like why? Whipped cream is suppose to just sit on the top. Not be half coffee and half whipped cream. And no, I didn’t order extra whipped cream. It’s just annoying to spend $5.45 on a cup of coffee and not be able to enjoy it. Nevertheless, I feel bad about complaining about all of these first world problems but if I spend $5.45 on a cup of coffee I want it to be delicious and made right which this...

This is generally a great Starbucks but there are a few employees like Jen, Naomi and Anna that are super rude and ruin the entire establishment. I have no idea how weird, creepy and super unfriendly Naomi EVER got a job in costumer service!! I never knew there was a job listing where you could walk around and pretend to stock things and stare at customers through glass deli cases all day and still get paid for it!! Talk about creepy Mccreeperson!!! I asked Anna for a cup of water and she walked away.🤯 Jen, was even ruder I overheard her saying that she wanted to “slap” a customer🤬😱. I come early in the morning and get a cup of coffee and I like to sit outside and take it in the day but recently it’s become very hard to do that. There is a guy that sits outside with a big booming voice and when he talks about politics, which he does, he raises his voice and start saying the most disgusting things along with swearing And unimaginable kinds of things to talk about. It makes me very uncomfortable. I have to go inside and nobody that’s sitting outside will say anything to him because he can shout everybody down. Do you think you could say something to him along the lines of stop swearing stop being so disgusting in the morning and keep your voice down or don’t say anything at all.
