This review is only for the customer service. So I got here with my fiancée at 9:00pm. We ordered 2 ramen bowls to go. Precious took our order and advise us that food would be ready by 9:10, 9:15 the latest. We went back at 9:25 and the food still was not ready. They said 10 more mins. I went back at 9:35 and ask Precious to speak to a manger she advised me he stepped out. So I asked who else is in charge all of a sudden a waitress named Abby came over and asked me whats the problem I expressed my concerns and she advised me " Your food has been ready no need for attitude" I let her know she can't speak to customers like that. If I was told one time then the food should be ready not 35 mins later. It's ramen not steak. She came back with the food and let me know I can leave her restaurant now. I advise her she is very unprofessional and how dear she speaks to customers in that tone. She was yelling in front of customers and other collogues's. She rolled her eyes and advised me to leave. Abby is a joke and clearly she has not been trained the proper way to approach customers. People like Abby are nothing but a loss to this type of business!!! If this is the face for this location then you will be losing a lot of business. Please train your employees to show more respect for paying customers all together! I've been to many other Kopan Ramen location and NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUCH DISRESPECT!!!!! If I could give you a -10 stars I would for your customer service.
Other then that the food is pretty good but I will not dear step foot here again! I rather drive...
Read moreListen mannn I'm mad I didn't take photos because this place has some amazing appetizers and sushi rolls. Them Green beans were 🔥, the edamame was as expected, it could have been warmer with more salt. My husband ordered this Tartar and the quality was top tier. My spider rolls were excellent so flavorful I regret not ordering more.
However, my children are famous for loving noodles so usually we can never go wrong with ramen. Our favorite is Tonkotsu specifically.... My children didn't touch it. I nor my husband could finish our serving. It was so, tasteless. The noodle even were tough. I was so disappointed.
Personally I feel like they need to remove the entire ramen section from the menu because how does an experience ramen chef butcher Tonkotsu. I'm skeptical to try anything else And I am just assumed their experienced.
So basically I paid $140 for excellent service as well as atmosphere, delicious appetizers and sushi rolls. Which I don't mind because the green beans were exceptional, They were soooo good, my mouth is salivating just thinking about them. Yum yum yum yum yum delicioso 🤤

Read more5 stars for food and 3 stars for service. They have issues with answering the phone when I call and the service is slow and the staff is not the warmest. They have a large parking lot which is also a plus in my book.
I usually go to to the Encino location but I was in the area so I figured I’d try this one out. I’ve always been a huge fan of Ramen and have been to many in the valley, but this chain is my all time favorite. They have sushi as well which makes a great appetizer. I usually get the California rolls because it’s light for the Ramen that comes after. I usually get the Black Ramen but you can also create your own with your favorite toppings which is always a nice choice, especially for ramen beginners.
The only issue I had this time around was I had a $10 gift card and I was unable to use it. The manger came over and apologized and stated that they had switched over systems and it was “down today” and that I should be able to use it next time. It was a little frustrating because the one time I try to use it, it seems to be magically broken. I will try again next time and update my...
