OMG! STAY AWAY. These people are as rude as it gets. We went there a while back for fries and after 20 minutes and watching others order and pick up food and yes with fries we decided to get a refund and leave. Contacted their home office and they offered $10.00 towards a meal.

A couple months later we decided to give them another try and OMG the same guy is on the register. We went ahead and extremely politely ordered a burger, sandwich and of course the fries and sat down. 20 minutes go by and a couple along with a teen ordered and sat down and within minutes they had their food and were eating but NOT US! Then another couple sits down after ordering and boyfriend say "We're at the 30 minute plus mark and if they get served, we're done" and you know it, their food arrive.

Waited 42 minutes for nothing! Then we approached this same guy and buy the way we did NOT use the $10.00 promised, and the guy says "leme check". Boyfriend said "NO, refund now". He played with the keys for a minute then said he needed the manager.

OMG he brings out the same "Manager" as before who looks straight at me and then my boyfriend and says "Your refund is coming right up". WOW! Boyfriend told him we were hungry and the "Manager" ignored him and started singing, dancing/wiggling and doing the index finger poke thing at the register keys.

YES, THAT'S RIGHT! SINGING A TUNE AND DANCING! WHAT WAS HE CERLEBRATING? Sent these people a message on their corporate site and some genius responds that he wants to talk but in the mean time try's to talk us into downloading the app so out checkout would be faster. WOW! WOW! WOW!

They really need to terminate both these people. All the places I have worked in my lifetime wouldn't even hesitate. They could easley look at the cameras.

We went to a place less then a mile and got a great meal at a much better price and in less...

We've been to a few different The Stand locations in SoCal. It's got a great atmosphere and really nicely designed interior. There are options for vegetarians and gluten free folks and you can even get beer on tap for a full on adult experience.

We hadn't been in a while because they eliminated their Impossible burger option for vegetarians and generally have found that veggie burgers that are attempting to impersonate meat do a better job at providing a burger experience than almost any house-made patty. We came by the Northridge location as a large group of folks we knew were gathering there to give the "Stand Custom Patty" – unfortunately we're sticking with our original assessment. It just isn't as good as a Beyond, Impossible or true "faux meat" patty. That's just our opinion. Some people might love it, but their house-made patty doesn't really simulate a burger experience as good as the others do. (Three of us got it and had the same opinion.)

From our perspective, if want to have an American burger and fries experience, we want it to be as close as possible to the real thing. This veggie patty with black bean forward flavor (also rice, quinoa and various spices) provides a different experience, which on it's own terms is probably fine, but isn't really the burger experience my vegetarian family is looking for.

The staff was friendly. We were there on a crowded Friday night. No one came to wipe a table we sat at after asking a staff member if that could happen. The side sauces we asked for weren't the ones that were brought so we had to ask again.

Free unlimited containers of pickles is a pretty good feature...but with so many options for, what we consider, a real (albeit vegetarian) experience at so many restaurants everywhere, unless The Stand brings back something like the Impossible Burger they used to have, we likely...

😋 😋 !! DELICIOUS !! The Stand has a great selection of burgers, sandwiches, sides and more. My son wanted to introduce me to another great find in the San Fernando Valley. He ordered one of their specialty burgers to be cooked medium rare and added avocado. The burger was cooked perfectly and they didn't skimp on the avocados. The portion of meat is quite large too. I ordered the BBQ brisket on a pretzel bun. The meat was tender, the fixens were well chosen, and the BBQ sauce they use has a treasure chest full of flavors. To top off our meal, my son selected a large order of sweet potato fries. I was apprehensive because of all the places I have tried sweet potatoes fries, I have been disappointed. Not so here! I really enjoyed them!! 😋 😋

First experience here. Food is prepared and served like a full blown restaurant, with the quality and prefessioanism that goes with a good restaurant, but the ordering format is like a fast food experience. Friends invited me to come with them and they stunned I'd never eaten here. I went with the recommendation to get the French Dip burger and green beans. The burger was rich and loaded with mild cheese and a beef patty that wasn't too big or small. The meat was tender and cooked to my preference. I enjoyed the crunchy onions inside, and the au just was more than enough, almost like an onion side soup. The green beans were a great option for someone following a keto-like diet. Very Asian in their preparation and very good.
