Edit: This Restaurant went from a 5 Star Rating to a One. Restriction of Time Limit within Dining Room provides no opportunity to eat a dual bagel sandeich and finish a large sized Iced coffee...let alone can't even complete a phone charge in 20 minutes, nor get work done if you wanted to...empty seats all day.. No lid for lox bagel[(s)/(halves)]. So You'll have to enjoy it in the Sun. Also, pickles (and green peppers) on the Lox Bagel???! The Pickles burnt the Salmon. Finally, to Top it off...I asked for something a Iced Coffee Frappuccino (Crushed/Blended Ice Drink), I got a cup full of ice and little beverage. Ugh. Waste of $ Today to find out that This Place Isn't Worth It. X.
Previous Review: I Adore the #14, bagel with cream cheese and tomato, lettuce, onions (surprisingly), with salt and pepper. ♡ The Donuts are Yum too...so far only tried the chocolate glazed. Btw, the Cinnamon Roll [Donut] is $3, instead of $2 (that is displayed on the photographed menu). Outlets and Bathrooms with Toilet Seat Covers. Beware of the smoked that take time to smoke, they may get mad if you leave your table unattended for some time, Regardless if you are digesting or taking a break to enjoy more. Also, something happened with the bathroom code one day. They were giving one that wasn't working to a customer near me (Woman, African Likely [Perhaps]), so I happened to tell Her the code that I knew! Sucks to be a women trying to get into a locked bathroom Immediately. Why wait longer? Though, Remember the days with Lady Rooms with Lines?. ☆ At Least We can wash our Hands before we eat at this Establishment. ☆ Big Plus! ♡ Thanks, Delicious. Always Enjoy it. ♡♡
X.

Read moreI used to be a loyal customer of this establishment, ordering delivery at least once a week. Recently, I decided to treat my mom to breakfast from here after she tried my meal and loved the food and coffee. While placing the order through DoorDash, a discount was automatically applied at checkout, something I didn't add myself and frankly didn't give a second thought to, as I was out running errands with my husband and our newborn. Nearly an hour later, I checked in with my mom, only to find out the food had never arrived. Shortly afterward, I received a call from the owner, questioning how I obtained the discount code. He claimed the delivery driver was turned away because he didn't understand the discount and insisted on canceling the order, stating he was "losing money." I calmly explained that the discount had been automatically applied by DoorDash and that he should take up any issues with them not the customer. I certainly didn't hack the system or manually apply a promotion. The owner refused to fulfill the order. To cancel someone's meal over an automatically applied $15 discount especially when it was no fault of the customer is not only unprofessional but speaks volumes about the owner's priorities. For a business that seemed to be doing well, this level of greediness and lack of customer service is disappointing. I have no interest in supporting an establishment that places such disproportionate value on a few dollars over basic decency and customer loyalty. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. UPDATE: I just checked Doordash and turns out the store has a $15 reward for every $150 spent at their location. Like I said, I use to order from here EVERY week so the reward is rightfully mine but unfortunately they have a greedy and miserable business owner. Please see pic where it details...
Read moreI walked in and asked the short, Hispanic man working, "excuse me what time do you close?" His first response is "why?" I looked around and other customers were kinda in shocked as I was at this answer. "I replied what do you mean why? I'm curious what time the establishment closes." He then just says "depends". My response was, "depends on what!?! What time do you usually close? You know business hours???" He murmured something in the sense of depends how busy they are is when they close. I simply said forget it and left.
I've never experienced such quick rudeness in customer service for no reason what so ever. It's not like I looked like I'm homeless or anything of the such. I wanted to work on my computer, as I saw people inside doing so this past weekend, and wanted to check it out.
The sad aspect is I just moved up to North Hollywood, not long ago, and needed somewhere I can constantly go to for breakfast & snacks, where this business would have gotten nearly daily sales from me. Ya'll need to check your employee cause it instantly lost a...
