Andrea would not let me use the restroom even though I was a customer. I made a purchase and then asked for a token to use the restroom. She said they had no tokens. She said I had to buy something with cash to get a quarter from her. I told Andrea I only have a debit card & do they do cash back? Andrea said no. So I replied,”well how am I going to do that?” A nice lady in line gave me a quarter to use the restroom. I left my drink on the counter because I didn’t want to take it in the restroom with me. On my way out the restroom I went back up to the counter to retrieve my drink. I did not see it. So I asked an older Mexican male El Pollo Loco worker if he knows where my drink is? Read moreI can't wait till my kids graduate so I can stop coming to this location after picking them up from school. 90% of the time, food is missing from my order and when I point it out, they accuse me of having taken it. Who knew I was Houdini and could make things disappear after they hand me my bag of food and I look through it AT the counter to confirm I got everything. When I point out the missing items, I get told that they are out of the items - ummm did they not know this when I placed the order at the register? When I ask for a refund - I've been told to call my credit card company cause they are "too busy". I'm not sure how they are too busy since I"m the only one in there but they are just "TOO BUSY" and how is this legal??
