Five Guys — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I absolutely enjoyed the food at Five Guys having lunch with my family everyone everyone order something different I had the chicken strips with onion rings melted in my mouth the dip they give you I believe it's blue cheese but you might be able to get something else was also delicious it was so much I brought some home second day just a couple of seconds in the microwave and they were wonderful you know sometimes when you take things home from a restaurant or fast food place in your microwave it and there's no going back it's ruined..... my son had a club sandwich or fries which he enjoyed my grandson had breakfast which of course he enjoyed lots of syrup on pancakes my granddaughter had chili cheese fries and my daughter-in-law had a veggie burger that she said was very tasty however I will have to say the the first we said and was dirty with all kind of dust in hair and other things from people sitting there and it was kind of busy but the tables are not wiped off very good so that is the only thing I have bad to say about that but the food was wonderful they probably just need more help in the dining room flipping the tables because they were very crowded it was a Sunday God bless you and I hope you're able to try this place it was really...

I had to use the restroom really bad as I was walking by and stepped in to ask if I could, the staff member politely gave me the code no questions asked. Even though I didn't buy anything and I thought that was really kind. I've been running into trouble with establishments only giving the code to customers only. Due to the kindness I was treated with I will definetly be back and purchase a meal. I don't eat burgers too often and 5 Guys is a bit pricey for me I will come back just because of this experience. I like that they have tables outside so I can sit and enjoy the view of the street and catch some wind & hot frat boys from USC walk by. I've had 5 guys at other locations so I know how to order. I'm going to get everything on it and enjoy the mini meal that's like $12 which isn't bad. They have good fries if I remember correctly. Thanks for letting me pop a squat in your toilet. Ordering through the app was a breeze. However, it said my food was going to be done by a certain time but they took about 30 minutes longer than what I was told even though the store was empty. We were there inside waiting and no one asked if we needed help or if we were waiting for an order. The food was bearable, the meat was lacking flavor and the fries were way too salty. The burgers weren’t hot when we got them, they were almost cold. The bacon was a little tough and chewy. I didn’t ask for onion but still had onions in my burger.
