Fratelli's Pizza Place — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Our 9 year old son's birthday party had to find a new location due to rain in the forecast. Since the new activity was bowling at Shatto 39, the meal portion of the day was held at Fratelli's. I had called the night before to make sure we could arrive with 20+ people at lunchtime and the gentleman that answered said, "No problem." I showed up the next day and Moises was a rock star. He quickly moved the tables and chairs to accommodate our large group and got started on our food order right away. Once the kids arrived, we basically took over the place and he was very attentive to us while still assisting other customers. He was a one-man show but kept cranking out pizzas and was very amenable to our random requests. The food was great - the kids and adults were all happy. While the seating area is small and not set up for more than a few casual diners, the owner went out of his way to accommodate us and help make our special day remain that despite the last minute changes we had to do. I had eaten there years before and remembered it was good, which helped in my decision to have the party there. The next time I'm back in the area, I will happily bring my hunger to Fratelli's Pizza, knowing I will be treated and fed well. Thanks...

Ordered two pizzas, an XL pepperoni and a L Hawaiian. We received an XL pepperoni and a L with only pineapple. We called to try to get them replaced but they said they couldn’t because they outsource their delivery and their ordering system (Slice). I had to reach out to Slice who had to call Fratellis to confirm, but when they did they said we were lying. After we insisted and told them to come get the pizzas, they said they would refund but only refunded $2.50 for the missing pepperoni and $3 for the missing ham, so we had to pay $50 for two pizzas we didn’t want....

I used to come here all the time before and after the pandemic.I decided to give them a try today and the change was horrible.I pre ordered on the phone my order was 2 slice of pizza a medium pizza and fries.He said 30 mins.I came in and notice that a bomb dropped in the kitchen.Tools where everywhere and the one worker there seems very stressed.The food very terrible the fries burn and I called back and he just told me “I changed the oil “.I tried to ask him for a new order and he said next time you order make sure you say not cprisy.Needless to say I won’t be...
