Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I VISITED THIS PLACE TODAY. I USED THE DRIVE-THROUGH. I ORDERED ONE SOURDOUGH BURGER. IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I LAST ORDERED THIS BURGER. HOWEVER!!!! THE QUALITY OF THIS BURGER HAS "DRASTICALLY " !!! CHANGED. THIS WAS THE WORSE!!! OMG . JESUS CHRIST. GREASY AND HALF COOKED. IDK WHAT KIND OF BREAD THIS WAS. IM SURE AS I AM LIVING, I WILL NOT GO BACK. I ASSUME THE OWNERS CHANGED ... 😔

June ,2023 I want back for egg rolls . I WITNESSED RACIAL DISCRIMINATION . There was one young black lady at the window. she was nice kind and professional. Neatly dressed. Yet when I asked her if she spoke spanish, she put her head down and said no.

The hispanic manager and four other hispanic staff were engaging in an all spanish dialog. One that " FAILED TO INCLUDE " THE ONLY ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF ?? I'M SURE THAT ALL THE HISPANIC STAFF STANDING IN A CIRCLE, ALSO SPOKE ENGLISH . SO WHY WAS/ IS IT NECESSARY TO SPEAK IN A LANG THAT ALL YOUR STAFF DO NOT KNOW. WHY WOULD THE MANAGER NOT BE SPEAKING A LANGUAGE THAT INCLUDES " ALL" STAFF. I FELT THIS TO BE A " DEHUMANIZING " EXPERIENCE FOR THE YOUNG LADY.

It's already bad that COVID stopped life for several years.. The world still suffers to date. THE WORLD IS SO DIVIDED YET WE ARE ALL CONNECTED ONE WAY OR THE ANOTHER. ACCORDING TO RELIGION AND TO HUMANITY, WE SHOULD TREAT OTHERS THE SAME WAY WE WANT OTHERS TO TREAT US.

It's everything you would imagine it to be. I haven't been to this place as a regular since I was a child. I decided to stop by for nostalgia purposes and was quickly reminded why I don't eat fast food especially from here. I ordered a fajita pita meal and also a Jumbo Jack Jr. The burger was decent, it's hard to mess up a burger but everything else was disappointing. I ordered a coke but it was basically sparkling water. I didn't even bother changing it because I figured I didn't need the sugar anyway. The most offending thing was the pita. I haven't had one in a while but I remember it coming with salsa which was missing. When I bit into it the pita bread was extremely hard and crunchy in some places. I tried but I couldn't eat it. I returned to the store and explained the issue. They seemed not surprised and gave me a refund for the pita.... I remember when Mr. James was the manager, things were a lot better back in...

Tried to get the “Lakers promo” special advertised on Spectrum Sports. Employee at window had no idea what it was. Then I overhear someone “briefing” her. She never acknowledged the promo after being “briefed”, just kept asking me what my order was. Another employee chimes in over the speaker “she heard you”. Really? Didn’t feel like it. Tried to order 4 promos for the 4 Lakers fans in the car only to be told by the employee (who just heard about the promo 60 seconds prior) that the promo is “1 per car”. Really? Oh, by the way, the front door was chained shut at 8:00 pm on a Saturday, else the 4 Lakers fans would have walked in to get the advertised promo. Real tacky Jack n the Box, with employees with bad attitudes. I don’t like for people with attitudes fixing my food. So we left with NO tacos. That’s 4 potential customers that will never ever go to that location. This is a franchise, right? Maybe I send this...
