McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

PEOPLE WHO ARE HOMELESS ARE A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION!!!! ALSO KIDS WITH BIKES, HANGING OUT AND RIDING BIKES INSIDE THE RESTAURANT!!! NO ONE DOES ANYTHING ABOUT THIS!

FOOD IS NEVER HOT!!!!!! EVER!!!!! We went inside and ordered it’s always nasty and cold!!!!!! Drove out to South Gate McDonald’s ALWAYS hot and fresh!!!!! This McDonald’s needs to close down or find new management!!!!! It has to be family and friends leaving reviews on here there is no way it should be 3.9!!!! Smh!!!

New Review: TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Our door dasher waited over an hour to pick up our food at the window…. He showed us a picture of him waiting at the window…..We literally called to see what was going on SMH!!!! Complete waste of time…!!!!!!!! Couldn’t tell us anything and they hung up on us. NOBODY should be waiting that long in a drive thru!!!

Mcdonalds is always a great pit stop. I just wish that at this particular one they wouldnt allow so many people who are homeless to harrass the patrons while they are eating!?🤷🏾‍♀️ ijs Ive been ordering thru door dash recently and every SINGLE time the food is COLD!!!!! Its definitely not because of distance because they dnt have to go far and its every single time! Absolutely ridiculous! Ive tried calling McDonald's to see if they could make sure the food is hot!!! Would pass here frequently coming from work A couple of years ago usually no problems. Now I find Myself stopping Here very often now in between customer pick ups what I've noticed is the bathrooms can be disgusting at times paper toilet paper on the floor behind the toilets instead of in the trash can that are in the stalls,water all over the floor and NO Air circulating NO AIR CONDITIONING in the bathroom that is a breeding ground for germs yes COVID is still here and is not going anywhere. If it's like that in the bathroom I can only imagine how it could be in the kitchen and these people are handling the food. And today I got super attitude from from both people in the drive-thru the young man taking the order wasn't as bad as the girl giving you your order it was all in the way she spoke and her body language and you say pardon me when you can't hear somebody you don't say "Huh". Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the rate of pay for food handlers go up to $20? So why are these people in the drive through looking like life was sooooo unbearable. Just so you know that was Tuesday August the 20th about 5 o'clock ,if you don't wanna get attitude don't go in that time. Or if you don't want to get attitude at all, go to IN & OUT they hire a better group of people all...

This is the worst McDonald's i have ever been too. I ordered a large soda and 2 dipped cones. It was 3 am so there was not much cars in line at the drive thru. There was 2 cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to finally arrive at the main window. Then it was another 10 minutes just to give me a soda and 2 dipped cones!!! Everyone at the window was acting stupid like they had no idea what to do. NO one wanted to give there face at the window. Everyone including the manager was just walking around in circles back and fourth. Then finally a girl came to the window and asked what was our order ready to hand us food. I forgot to mention that the car in front of us waited so long he just took off and i didn't see him receive anything. So i told her my order and she left. Then a boy comes up and asked us the same thing so i told him. I couldn't believe it, but for the third time the manager goes to the window and asked us what we ordered. I told her "a large soda and two dipped cones". WOW i cant believe the manager had to figure out our order after explaining it 2 times. She hands me the coke and like 5 minutes later a girl comes to the window and hands 2 dripping cones without napkins so i look at her like really? then she says " Oh let me give you...
