Read moreI rarely find myself in this year but was catching up with a friend and I'm soooo glad she recommended this place! I initially ordered a breakfast burrito (as employee recommended with half bacon, half chorizo) with green sauce and a flat white. My friend ordered chilaquiles and a latte. Everything was delicious! Service was great as well, I love a cashier with good energy and great recommendations. The place is a bit cozy inside, but had areas to sit inside and outside (both front and back). My only gripe was all the dogs that came in - I like dogs but I don't need fur flying about my food and drink in a cramped space. My friend and I are both so tired so we ended up ordering a cold brew and a vanilla matcha - I enjoyed the cold brew and even had a sip of the matcha which I usually don't like. I also bought a bag of coffee (wake and bake 🤣) and it makes great cold brew! All in all, I would definitely make the trek out to Venice...

The spot was flawlessly crafted, giving that slow relaxing vibe, just perfectly suited the area being close to Venice beach. Plenty of outdoor seats to get sun-kissed, as well as few indoor ones. They even had petite patio at the back.
The owners were super nice and service was swift. They served plenty of pastries, empanadas, even apparently breakfast burritos. I got their Mascarpone cake and it's luscious with light spongy texture.
As for coffee, I was trying to be more 'experimental', going for their 'Gloria', which was basically latte with dulce de leche and hint of cinnamon. I surely made the right choice as I loved it so much, being not overly sweet and even the cinnamon wasn't overpowering. Having them around the neighborhood was...
