Marina City Club — Local services in Santa Monica

I have lived here for 2 years and have very mixed feelings. Overall the building is better then most in regards to the apartments but is in serious need of repair. The elevators were just down for 2 weeks and then broke the day after being "fixed". You can see cracks all over the building and they advertise how the board meets about these repairs but nothing seems to take place. I am just happy I was renting and do not own a unit.

The management is really silly about the rules moving in and out. They say no to anything and everything and then come around, I think they just have strict bosses.

One time I forgot to clean up after my dog but in the dog area and I had to have a meeting with HOA where I got absolutely screamed at on my first offense.. It was so bad that they had to remove the member of the HOA from the meeting.. I paid their double fine ($25 times two) which was also...

Whoever the new managers who's towing cars and claiming people are homeless or claiming people are not related. To family member who live there is bout to get a big complaint to his higher company you dont threaten somebodies family who harms proof of being allowed In legally like no there's authority a d then abuse of power he the wat he attacked my friend I after not seeing us for weeks was out of conduct and police while telling me to remove a vehicle that was being taken care and having moved my vehicle like asked and still hot insulted and then to have police insult my intelligence besides indirect racism view that's another thing going...

Great experience in nature. Excellent place to meet business friends. Unstoppable Foundation luncheon was wonderful and the staffs from the Foundation showed great hospitality and enthusiasm about the charity cause in supporting and building schools in Africa. We met the African high school/ college lady who went through Unstoppable Foundation programs. She was well-spoken and eloquently presented her speech.
