Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am very surprised for the first time coming to this place the service was horrible almost downright rude and the drink the coffee beverage that I get for the last 3 years was like dirt water my wife said send get back but I was so surprised and in such a hurry to get to the office that I didn't I just dumped it out my car window and went to Starbucks don't get me wrong I do not like Starbucks at all peace has always been my go-to for many many years. I think the thing that changes that girl that has the hat on and the attitude towards customers I don't think she's a Pete type of employee usually the guys there they look like twins they're so happy to see me they always say my name they asked me how many days going I like that when I get a$6 coffee and leave a 2 dollar tip well I hope the people at Pete's the management company watch the reviews and take it seriously I won't be back...

Came in around 4pm today. Noone was at the counter/register, barista (white guy, glasses, beard, mustache) was making drinks. I stand at the counter. Waiting. Waiting. Barista looks at me, makes eye contact, doesn't say anything ( no 'hello', no 'someone will be with you shortly'- nothing) , keeps making drinks. Finally, after like 5 minutes, I ask the barista if anyone is working the counter. He replies- rudely- that he's working alone and will be with me when he's done making drinks. All he had to do was acknowledge a customer when they entered and tell me he'd be with me shortly, but apparently that would be too demanding for this guy and is outside of his social and professional capacities. This guy is rude, terrible at customer service, and should not be dealing with customers at all. Don't inflict your bad day on...

I only go here to get Macha green tea fraps. Or lattes, peace, coffee is good by far better than Starbucks or coffee bean. Their coffee tend to be more authentic. I like them better, not as diluted and Starbucks or Coffe Bean. There are not too many Petes around, so it actually feels and is more authentic and a rate find.

I wanna say even their food is a bit better, although all food. And coffee places seem to be very dull. I don't waste my time so I can't really leave. You guys much on the food, but I know they have a cool cinnamon roll and a Berry scone. That seems to be good that I buy for...
