Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I asked for a small coffee today I've been coming to Starbucks at Ralph for the last year There is a new girl by the name of Marie She keep insisted that I want a medium and it's $3.25 for the medium I get the medium I get it but I wanted a small and that's 295She kept arguing with me and not listening to the clients And telling me that is 325 So she's showing me the cup and I said no I want a small one with milk Is regular milk They messed up my order they put the milk in the coffee I told him to put the milk on The Side This girl Marie should not work there as an employee she doesn't know how to treat clients she's very unprofessional she's outburst she's angry frustrated an impatient I've been coming to Ralph over 30 years I live in Is Calabasas I like this Ralph Someone should talk to this girl Marie and look at the video the way she behaved I am not coming back to this Starbuck because This girl Or a woman whatever you wanna call her rude person Is very argumentative. The worse service from Daminica in this Starbucks I have ever received, she was so arrogant and disrespectful, decided to give back the drink I ordered and asked for a refund!!! Will never ever buy from this star bucks again!! Have no idea about customer service, need to visit Coffee...

Today I went and got coffee in the morning was very thankful to receive service for Talley! She made the experience great with her attitude and kindness. She was very happy to assist me and made great coffee. We need more people like her....
